I witnessed troubling behavior from a Genie Pool employee while waiting in the Chick-fil-A drive-thru in San Jose. Despite the staff working efficiently and professionally, this individual kept honking impatiently, clearly frustrated that things werenât moving fast enough.
One of the employeesâwho I later learned was working on her birthdayâwas visibly shaken by the honking. She was trembling while trying to do her job, and it was hard to watch. That kind of aggressive behavior doesnât just reflect poorly on the personâit reflects on the company they represent.
If this is how Genie Pool employees conduct themselves in public, I wouldnât feel comfortable hiring them for any service. Professionalism and basic human decency matter.
Five â for the Chick-fil-A staff who handled the impatient Genie Pool employee with great customer service skills.

I usually get the salads here and sometimes the freshness is a hit or miss. I only dislike that inconsistency but other than that, great and convenient place for food. My husband LOVES the spicy chicken sandwich so we are here often.
