This was probably my 10th + time here. It slaps as always. The sandwich is large, has complex flavors and great crunch factor. Do yourself a favor and get the chick sauce to dip your fries in bc it hits!

Food: The portion of the chicken was HUGEE, juicy and tender, thus the price is high. I ordered the Original Chick N sandwich that come with coleslaw They only serve to-go orders with no seating and food came out in reasonable time Cons: the only down size of this food truck is that you have to check for their schedule and location since they do not always park in one specific spot. You can also call them to confirm before heading out

Placed an order to go of 6 sandwiches and one order of chicken tenders. Took over 40 minutes. All of the sandwiches the buns were burned! Definitely check your order before taking it home!

Tyson equivalent chicken tenders served by a frigid crew has made me a one time customer. Would not recommend in the slightest. At the price you're paying, you'd think they'd throw in a few pickles or sauce but even those will set you back a few! Yikes.

First time trying this place. Im not going to give a 1 star because its not the worst chicken sandwich But definitely not the best. I rather drive to san jose and eat at jojos.2 sandwichs and 1 fries $75 Will i come back? Probably not.

This is my favorite chicken sandwich place. I usually get the Nashville Chicken Sandwich, spicy level 1. The crusty batter tastes flavorful with some kind of chicken seasoning and salt and the chicken size itself is the most humongous I've seen in a chicken sandwich. Touches such as purple cabbage and sauce hit the spot. Why I gave it three stars: -Today the chicken didn't taste piping hot and juicy like before, it was warm, but I felt like something was off, but it's ok cause it tastes good. -I called to verify their location, but no one answered. At first when I discovered them, they were located in front of a brewery in San Jose. I had to go on their site and Yelp and they both say they were supposed to be across from Central Park in Santa Clara which was a first for me since I never ever gotten food from there. On Google it gave me the Stevens Creek and Winchester location which was wrong and I usually get my food from there. I feel like this Chick N Bros business is going down hill because it isn't what it used to be. I used to call and people would answer the phone, but not anymore. Last time I ordered, my husband received an undercook chicken and we called (but they didn't answer their phone), so he had to go all the way back to Stevens Creek to get another order remade and they took a long time (but it's ok, mistakes happen in life), but it's like if only they take phone calls then we don't have to wait for the food all over again. Another thing is nowadays I only see one person doing customer service and making food, before it was at least two. I hope Chick N Bros business will be as good as Dave's Hot Chicken because this is my favorite chicken sandwich place and even though their customer service isn't up to par, their food is what keeps me coming back. I just checking my receipt and noticed there was a fee that was included along with the sales tax. Wth? What was the fee even for?

I'm a chicken sandwich nut. I settle for fast food fried chicken sandwiches on occasion (Popeye's, all the way), but I much prefer an artisan sandwich, and that's what you get with Chick n' bros. Where they park the truck isn't super close for me, but it's worth the drive! They use chicken thighs on the sandwiches, which already put them ahead of most, as the thigh has much juicier meat than a breast. The breading is the best I've found. Super crunchy and very flavorful. Their bun, a brioche, is also perfect for this sandwich. The Nashville steals the show with two kinds of sauce--adobo and a zesty white sauce, pickles, red cabbage slaw, chili oil, and a perfect drizzle of honey for sweet heat. If you think you're a "spicy person," beware. The heat levels are no joke. Even a level 1 can creep up on you. I'd like to watch someone eat a level 4! My favorite chicken sandwich before Chick n' Bros was the Ding's crispy chicken sandwich at the Los Altos Grill. Chick n' Bros is the new champion in my opinion! The fries are the battered variety, my favorite. Also very crunchy. I had a small logistical mixup (ordered expecting the food truck to be somewhere else, as they have two parking locations), and the owner was super conscientious about making sure we were happy. I will revisit this place over and over.

This is the WORST spicy chicken sandwich I've ever had. I ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich and the chicken tenders. Both dishes were flavorless and had very little seasoning. The seasoning on the chicken tenders were concentrated in one area and it was very strong which made it taste awful. On top of that the food here is way overpriced. We spent $50 dollars and they charged extra for everything.

Disgusting attitude from the young woman. My first time at the truck and this girl gave me the ugliest customer smile, bc I didn't know you can order it from the screen, the equipments were are dark as the truck. Then, when I paid for my meal, the burger was $25. They set default tip at a high percentage.$25 single sandwich tasted like you dipped some pepper into sugar. I can make a better sandwich. It's not worth it for the price.I thought I accidently ordered fries so I was okay with it. Only to realize it's a single burger. No wonder so many people away from the truck. They may get new customers but they ain't keeping them.

It is a shame for such a good sandwich to be in such a small and hidden area (a food truck). While the food truck remains a small location, the taste of the sandwich was immaculate, I got a heat level 2 and it was not too hot, but the perfect heat just for me. The fries are the best things I have ever eaten, literally. The only fall is the fact that it is quite expensive compared to alternatives, a whopping 20+ dollars for a sandwich and some fries almost seems like a robbery. Not to mention the automatic tip being $10+. It is easy to see why one might dislike the price, but counting for the overall quality and amazing service, it is worth it, at least once.
