Overall a great experience, with solid late night Asian fried snacks - very friendly customer service and sweet lady working the truck - they seem to be new on the block and open lateTruck Chicken Sandwich:Comes with lettuce, tomatoes and acidic leaning thousand island sauce - very classic Asian cafe style fried chicken sandwich style, similar to the porkchop ones I've had in Hong Kong. I got mine crispy and it was very solidPopcorn Chicken:Well marinaded and fried, wish the outside was a bit crispier but honestly was still pretty good - hit the spot for what I wanted, especially later at night

this place is a very tucked in place in the east ridge mall plaza, i was craving popcorn chicken one night but most places were closed but this super yummy late night truck was open, they have a variety of food and snack on the menu, the location and ambiance of the place was quiet and not dirty, thought it is outside in a parking lot, the ladies and everyone in the truck was very welcoming and joyful, i have visited this location multiple times for the popcorn chicken, the second time i visited the last mentions the chicken was cooked differently and it was super delicious, and my favorite plus side is that they provide sweet chilli sauce upon asking which i love to eat with popcorn chicken.

This fried chicken food truck deserves a glowing 5-star rating! The moment I took my first bite, I knew I had stumbled upon something special. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and incredibly tender on the inside, packed with mouthwatering flavor. The service was fast and friendly, making it a delightful experience from start to finish. I'll be back for more delicious bites from this fantastic food truck!

It was a late Saturday night, and I was really hungry. I was craving some snack food and I actually stumbled across this food truck through Yelp. I figured I would try it out because I love chicken, and I saw they had curly fries and takoyaki (spoiler alert: I ordered those, too). Super convenient location because I was around the Eastridge area, and they were located right at the Eastridge loop when you're going towards the mall.So yes, I ordered the curly fries, takoyaki, and their crispy chicken sandwich. I was that hungry lol. Starting with the fries, they were very delicious. They had a wonderful crisp and crunch to them when they're served right away. And they had the flavoring of takoyaki, like the sauce component, which was even better. Next, the sandwich was delightful. The chicken was crispy and juicy! Some places would have dry chicken, but this food truck must be using chicken thighs because it was super juicy when you bite into it. And the bun was very soft and buttery. Lastly, the takoyaki was pretty good. It was a little too soft and fell apart too fast. Flavor was not bad. But I think I'm just critical with it because I've had the "authentic" version when I went to Japan, so it's not the same. But overall, the sandwich and fries are a must try! I definitely want to try some of their other items next time :)Overall, the staff were very friendly and I just got good vibes from them. If you're ever in the Evergreen area and wondering what to eat, check them out!

I had a late-night craving for snacks & discovered this place on yelp. The truck is located in front of eastridge mall & offers outdoor seating. My partner ordered a spicy chicken sandwich & I got the takoyaki. Since they just opened, they gave us free samples of their popcorn chicken!! Overall, everything tasted delicious & the staff was super friendly :)

first want to start with the service. The workers were very nice to meet and gave me anything i needed, and were able to answer all me questions. The little seating area was a nice touch to add it was well light tables where clean. The food was great i had the basil chicken, fried tofu, fish balls, and Truck Roll Up Deluke spicy. I was very impressed my the truck roll up, that and the fried tofu were my favorites. Would recommend to come, found this place on yelp and very happy with my find.

Came here around 11pm after browsing yelp for something to substitute cooking at home for a change. To our surprise, we were greeted right away with bright smiles! We ordered items that caught our eye (takoyaki balls, curly fries, and popcorn chicken) Everything took about 10mins and came out piping hot. Takoyaki- Our highlight of the night, not only were they super crispy but packed full of flavor and good amount of octopus! (We ended up getting an extra order, since we loved it so much)Fries- Super crispy as well and seasoned perfectlyPopcorn Chicken- Chicken was battered just right!, you can choose from a variety of spice level! If you like things on the spicier side, we'd recommend getting medium! Ps. The food truck area has a little table with cute lights to sit at if you want to eat there!Thank you to the friendliest staff we have encountered yet!

This is a new food truck parked right infront of Happy Lemon. I talked to the owner to find some details about this truck. They have been opened for only 5 weeks. Happy lemon and this food truck are business partners. They will be open infront of happy lemon and only accept cash or venmo.They have a small selection of milk teas/teas, but they have a decent menu of snacks. These include popcorn chicken, chicken wings, calamari, and etc. I had the popcorn chicken and thai tea. The popcorn chicken was 90% better than most places. It was extremely crispy. Had a ton of meat in it and a nice amount of spice to it. I thought the thai tea was decent, but nothing that special.If i had the chance, i would try the other snacks on the menu. Give this place a shot!
