The 3 for me is an insane deal in this economy. We had 2 orders of the 3 for me, walked away completely full with 3 togo boxes left. Chili's was forgotten from my mind until I saw ads for this promotion, but now will now be a restaurant we frequent because you are getting a large meal in a sit down restaurant for the price of nearly fast food nowadays

Haven't eaten in Chili's for over 5 years. Atmosphere is pretty good. Music playing in the background and tele showing sports. Can still hear each other talk. We were seated fast and our food quickly arrived. Food was delicious. Steak was tender and the loaded mash potatoes were delicious. Shrimp and steak fajitas were flavorful and the steak were also tender. Side of black beans was delicious. The only downside was the rice. It was very dry.

The Chili's on Coleman Avenue san jose California is one of the best location. Friendly staff and great food
Sat at bar, ordered drink then staff recognized who I was.waiting for at another table. Told bartender to send drink there. Ordered, no drink yet. Asked another staff member and 10 minutes later drink came. Staff asked if okay I said a water would be great. Two of us st table, he said 2,I said no just 1 she has one. He says okay do 3 waters? Server cones by asked if five I said yes but paying with cash. She left and back with one half the bill and said so you wanted the bill split right? I said no paying with cash for all. Not sure why she only brought one of the bills if she split it. Server cones back with whole bill very proud, I handed him $100 bill, he left came back counted back from $100, I left a small tip and we left he chased us outside and said I did not pay. Apparently he just made change for the $100 to pay , I thought he gave me the change from the bill. Pulled out money from my pocket and saw he gave me whole hundred so I paid him. He s as I’d see you soon , I said I don’t think so. He asked why. I said serviced sucked and he was shocked. Used to go there all the time and the is how the I’ve sever knew who I was waiting for. Won’t go for awhile now.

Not only was the experience at the restaurant great, but their customer service after was A+. I needed a new receipt copy weeks after our visit, and the person who I spoke with (Joies, I think) was so helpful and patient. I probably would've given up if I was him LOL. Thanks again!
