It is always hit or miss.The biggest problem of Chili's is that they don't cook fresh food. Sometimes, they obviously reheat old foods or cooked food. Baby backribs are overcooked and dried. Hamburger patties are all dried and blacked by reheat. Even fries are not fresh.Sometimes, you get all newly cooked and fresh, then it is really good.When you order online and food is ready in 15 min, that means it is not fresh cooked but most likely reheat.

Went for lunch. Service was ok for slow times. Food was decent. I went to Chili's after a long time... Had to spend some time to find vegetarian options on the menu. Didn't find a lot of options. Two salads seemed ok and I ordered one. Salad taste was good. Guac was not that good but Salsa was better with chips.

Drove out to San Jo from Sacramento,taking my mom's out for her birthday. Had a great time, the wait wasn't long @ all. It was pretty busy, & the environment was great. The food was Fire, & the Hostess that sat us was respectful & Beautiful AF. I wanted to hit her up for that name & number, but didn't get ah chance. So its all good? Maybe ill slide out there again . Lol The Restaurant was clean & A good overall experience. If i was out there, i would stop there again For sure ?

there was a fly/gnat in my drink. the place gives off weird vibes. the lighting is bad. there was food on the floor and very visible. I'm guessing restaurant patrons dropped it while eating, and it wasn't cleaned up. the service was non-existent. she brought my orders, and that was it. I stopped a random employee to get extra napkins. I was seated immediately. the place was not busy.

Most of the time Chili's is good but every ine and a while its bad and makes me kinda sick afterwards. The staff is for the most part pretty nice and quick at bringing out the food.Parking: The parking is good most of the time due to it being in a shopping center.
This location has improved immensely. Better staff, better management, this is the go-to Chili's location.

Knows how to treat people at the bartop or serving.. Love the meal deals an sports atmosphere.. We need a 75" TV in the middle .
