This location is always busy. Which is understood as it's located aside a shopping mall, however the young wait staff are very friendly and vibrant.. wanting to do their best as young waiters! Mgmt is also young but experienced and professional. Hats off to Chili's @ Eastridge SJ😊

For me, the service is terrible. We had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come and take our order; in fact, no one ever came. The girl said that someone would come, but they never arrived.

This location always seems to disappoint in some way. We had to placed our orders, everything seemed fine, then like 15 mins later the waiter came back to tell us it didn't get placed in their system so they had to do it again. He was nice so it wasn't a big deal. So we place the order again, then ANOTHER 10 mins or so go by and the manager comes out to tell us that their system is down so the waiter will have to come by again. (We assumed there was miscommunication between them since the waiter had already taken it a second time.) But nope! About 10 mins later, our waiter comes out and takes our order for the 3rd time. By now we're hungry, but trying not to be hangry and place our order again. Maybe 10 mins pass by and they bring us out some chips/dip- this should've been done waaaay earlier at the very least. We notice other parties who got seated after us recieved their drinks/food. When our food finally does come out, they bring two of each of our orders!! And they seem annoyed at us for that. The food was fine overall, but waiting almost 45 mins just to place our order was wild. The free chips/dip and some $5 GCs made up for it...not really.

My steak entree had a long thick black hair embedded in the food and the boneless buffalo chicken wings were so hard my fork wouldn't go in. It's so sad because I love this chillis but now I'm hesitant to come back:(

Our 1st date eating out in like a year was so nice... at a bar in a restaurant with my wifey. It was so lovely. Bartender was nice. Food was delicious! Bar has at least 5 screens for watching games. This would be a way better place to watch a game than a bar+munchies 'cause you get access to generous burgers, Tex mex (my fav is the quesadillas which are quite loaded) and they have very american dips like chunky blue cheese or ranch, and they also have extra mild salsa/pico. Personally, I'd recommend asking for a little more picante 🌶️ fixings like jalapenos and...I forgot to ask if they had hot sauce bottles! Decent beers on tap. Chili's is winning market share for a reason! Cheers! 🍺

Our first time to this location, they let us choose where to sit, which was so nice! I ordered a mango patron margarita, I LOVED IT! I’m very picky when it comes to alcohol it was sweet, lemony, perfect for me! We ordered the spinach egg rolls and wings I loved the egg rolls it was crispy perfect stuffed. The costumer service was just perfect!

Once in a while I come here and get reminded why we usually just make the drive to the Coleman location instead. We came on July 4th and it actually wasn’t busy at all. We got the triple dipper and two of their quarter pounder burgers. Food was great—tasty and a solid value.
The problem is the service. Sat in the bar area. Appetizers showed up but no plates or utensils. Then the burgers came and no one even asked if we needed any condiments. Refills on Diet Coke were a struggle. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue or just lack of training, but it really shows. Fix the basics and this place could be way better.
Our first time going to Chili's. I had Sirloin Steak with Shrimp and mashed potatoes. My lady friend had Salmon with Mexican rice. The food was great. Our waitress (Bailey) was gracious, very professional and helpful. We will definitely put Chili's down as one of our favorite places to eat out.
