It depends on what chilis. If it is the one at Eastridge loop, I would give it a minus 10 the chilis on Almaden we had to leave and go to because the service was so bad at Eastridge was great. So I would say don't go to the one at Eastridge Loop and then it will be good.

Great food. Drinks take awhile to come out. Suggest buying from the bar directly. Much faster

This restaurant is similar to Applebee's. Of course, it's not exactly the same. The food was all average. However, the food composition was okay. The chicken tender combo was popular. However, I didn't eat it this time. The food was all fresh and salty. The atmosphere was noisy and there was a bar. The prices were reasonable, so I would visit again. You can pay at the machine assigned to your table.

Food was meh, drinks were weak. Only good thing was the server.
I called to find out the current wait time on a Saturday night but the representative said she couldn't provide it. I understand not taking reservations on a Saturday night but if you can't even provide the current wait time then I will take my business elsewhere. The representative didn't seem to care so I hope her boss is aware she is costing their restaurant business.

Food was terrible! Steak and ribs were so dry. I almost choked on a bite of my steak. They did remake ribs but no difference. Had to ask repeatedly for water. Never checked on us refills etc. Went elsewhere for dessert.

Update: Chili's customer service reached out resolved the issue. Ordered on Chili's app for delivery. Delivery never occurred. Doordash says delivered. Doordash customer service tried to reach Chili's but said there number was blocked. Door dash said since order was placed on chili's app, only Chili's could refund. I called Chili's and the manager said I had to deal with Door dash and was NOT helpful at all. Still no food.?
