The food was bland and underwhelming. We were initially charged for molten lava cakes we never received,and had to reminded them to take it off the bill. We also had to remind the server to bring tortillas for the chicken fajita. The Cajun pasta lacked flavor, and left much to be desired. Overall, service needs improvement, though one staff member was warm and all smiles.

We had a 2 year old and once again we were put in the back way in the back of the restaurant near the exit door where the employees take there breaks and smoke .. do you do this to kids and there parents ..
I use Chili’s every time I come to Almaden to visit family. This visit was quite interesting. I have to get take-out because my mother in law is disabled and we can’t get her there easily.
The food was just okay. All of us had to heat up our meals. But that’s okay. We can deal with that.
The BIG problem has to do with the tip. We usually like to provide cash for a tip. Therefore, we press No Tip when handed the POS terminal. When we got back home, I noticed that someone must have overridden that and made our meal was $105.08 instead of $87.57. Someone had added a 20% tip to the ticket after we chose No Tip.
Is this a standard practice or did we just get robbed? You be the judge! Buyer beware! Always check your total charges with Chili’s. Don’t assume that what you are choosing as a tip, is what you are being charged. They may have bad actors there that override your tips!
