Chicken wasn't ready. They made me wait 10 minutes. The workers had a bad attitude when I asked them to remake my good they left sitting out in the open while waiting for the chicken to be cooked. They had multiple customers waiting for scheduled orders. One lady had been trying to get in touch with management regarding her same day catering order all day and finally came in to see someone and was left waiting for 20+ minutes. The ice machine wasn't working.

Nasty. As soon as we entered we saw a man in the dining area with 2 dogs and it smelled like dog.
We also witnessed the manager treat a customer with rudeness and argue with the customer. The customer asked for someone higher up and the store manager a short, Latin woman with thick fake lashes refused to give the information . It’s unfortunate that chipotle hires individuals who are not qualified for the job.
After what we saw we are disgusted and we won’t be returning.

This location is not it. They are rude, constantly out of items and say it’s coming out but by the time it’s out, the next item has run out. The staff will make rude comments about you right in front of you. The food is hardly ever cooked properly - I’ve had clumps of uncooked rice in my bowl before. There’s a weird stench every time you walk in. There has been homeless people sleeping inside on multiple occasions. Avoid this chipotle and go to the downtown location.

Don’t ever come here the staff literally put TOENAILS in my food and refused to refund my order. Absolute disgusting. They were working 10/14 at 8pm-9pm. Absolutely vile. Should be investigated, fired, and charged.

The AC and ordering food inperson better then online. My experience was horrible with my online orders it looked like it was squished, and I am a mom so i am mot picky just need to fuel up, but i wouldn't eat it, but now it 💯 better. So happy
There's never anything like that at this restaurant. Every time I go, something's missing. Today, when I started my order, the rice ran out, and a waitress was kind enough to offer me brown rice and say that white rice would be prepared. She asked if I could wait. I understood and chose to wait. She prepared it herself. After that, a guy made my bowl, and when I asked for sour cream, I was told that they didn't have any left. I said I could wait, and he seemed very rushed, wanting to end the service even though the place was empty. He said it would take a long time and continued to rush me, making me feel uncomfortable, as if I was being bothered, even though it was two hours before closing. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time I've had problems like this.

Wow I’ve never got this small portion of burrito bowl from chipotle. Tiny amount of rice and meat. Asked for more meat but the server added literally just a few string of barbacoa. The most I got was lettuce 🤣
