I tried Chipotle for the first time at this location, and I loved it! My friends and I ate here on Friday evening, and the manager, David, provided exceptional service, explaining everything and assisting me — the manager ensured I had a great experience. I enjoyed it so much that I returned the next morning! The food was fresh, and everyone was so nice. I'm hooked!

Don’t come here.Either they’re out of an ingredient or two, or what they have available isn’t fresh. Then there’s a problem of portion sizes compared to other stores in the area.

I had heard so many good things about Chipotle that I decided to try it. I was very disappointed. I had expected it to have spicy hot food, which I love. But no, this food was very bland. It was not spicy and tasted vaguely like Mexican food. I could not finish mine, but if you are into bland, vaguely mexican food, this is the place to go.

Ameena gave terrible service. As someone who works in customer service too, I understand the struggle and I know work isn’t the greatest. That doesn’t necessarily mean however it should be taken out on customers. Manager who was cooking and other server at least tried to make the experience a bit positive. Ameena however looked beyond irritated to be there, despising every order that was being served. My chips were thrown onto the counter aggressively and the tone of voice was overall aggressive as well. Food was unfortunately also cold and the drinking bar as well as tables were a mess. At least she was kind enough *not* to charge the 1 out the 4 bowls we ordered, hope she doesn’t get in trouble for that. Especially since it was double steak.??
Bathrooms had no toilet paper, and they couldn't refill because the storage had run out. The bathroom was gross, as people had been wiping with paper towels.
