Months ago, Chipotle used to be good. I used to give 5 star review but not sure Service has been not great lately. I understand that they hardly give any chicken but yesterday it was less than one spoon ( they need to work on consistentcy as if you give the customers ahead too much, please dont give me less because you gave the customer ahead too much...just give everyone same amount or I just wish the old crew comes back) Rice used to be good here, but recently the brown rice taste like cardboard. They used to add more water and it used to be nice & fluffly. One suggestion I wanna make is they need to keep the Rice & Beans full more. Im assuming that Rice,Beans are cheaper than the meat or veggies. Because what happens when you hardly give customer rice or bean, then customer kind of expects you to give more Veggies, then you run out of everything. All this business has to do is keep refilling Rice & Beans, then the business will profit. Because I dont require much, just give me more Beans & I wont complain if you are stingy on meat or veggie. But lately they need to add more water to the brown rice because it always taste hard & no longer the soft fluffy rice they used to make & no longer worth coming. I was going to buy a drink yesterday but the girl was so stingy ( less than one spoon of chicken) that I said to myself I was not gonna pay more than 12 dollars for stingy behavior. So decided not to buy drink. They can be stingy at Panda too but lately they have been hiring more conscientious people that when they hardly give you enough they at least give one or two tiny pieces more at Panda. I think if they just keep refilling their Rice Beans they would not run out of everything else. I used to give 5 stars to this place last year but couple months ago, the service really gone down.

I stopped in to get me a burrito after a work out, And the ladies here are extremely rude. I went in and I requested a burrito. The lady dropped some of my meat on the counter, and I told her if she could not put it in my burrito. I don’t care if the counter was clean. I just didn’t want that meat that she dropped on the counter in my food. They started talking about me in Spanish and I just walked out. I’m not gonna give somebody my hard earned money so they can sit up and talk crap about me while making my food. This place is in need of better customer service.

There is always that one female worker on the daytime shift who serves small portions😏. She is usually the first one in line at the service counter and consistently gives a small amount of rice and meat. Since there is no name badge on her uniform, I don’t know her name, but we recognize her by face every time we go there. Whenever we see that she is serving, we have to drive to another location in Santa Clara. It’s really frustrating to experience because of her. We know other workers give bigger portions. We hate when that woman is there trying to be cheap when we pay money and expect a good amount of food. It’s upsetting to see how she cuts the portion when we pay money and expect normal size portions.
On the other hand, when we go in the evening, there is a Hispanic girl who always works the afternoon and evening shifts. She serves portions that are twice as big as that daytime female worker’s portions. We always happy to see her and she is nicer.
It is close to us so we continue to try and give this location a chance but every time we do, we are again, let down. Every single time we go, the place is in shambles. They are always running low on items or out of items. Very messy, and the staff is simply unpleasant. We complain to corporate and they give us a free meal but never fix the actual issues that we complain about. I would be embarrassed if I was responsible for this business.

Food was fine. I ordered a salad with some rice, carnitas and a side of chips and guac. Was honestly surprised how how expensive chipotle is considering they no longer stuff the bowl with the food anymore. At least they used to add a ton of lettuce and sides even if the meat was an average amount. When I actually ate it I thought the carnitas was a bit underdone, I would have preferred a little bit darker and crispier pieces. This was a little soggy honestly. And needed salt.
Everything was overall tasty, and the place was relatively clean but the price and lack of salt threw me for a loop.

This chipotle location has absolutely went Downhill in food, service and quality I’ve been eating chipotle for the last three years. I started back in 2022 before then I did not eat chipotle because I was turned off by the food chain when they had the E. coli outbreak back in 2014 but I decided to give it a shot initially I was glad I did. The food was really good. High flavor great value good protein price is reasonable Over the last 18 months, this particular location has went down and quality and service food portions not are small, but are even smaller if you order through the app consistent cross-contamination of add one Corn mixed in with sour cream, etc. Low energy staff, I would not recommend this location, It is absolutely unacceptable. People pay good money even more so now that the CEO has increased the price to get such shit service….
