The staff here is not good . They give you half a spoon of food . It’s very unlike chipotle . If you ask for a little extra they want to charge extra .Very unlike usual chipotles . They don’t know how to serve properly . Sauces always dripping out and just not proper .

Read the other reviews. The frustration is real. Ordered via the app for pick up. Get to the pick up counter, no bag. Wait 20 min. Turns out, they gave my order to another customer, who was also waiting for her order to be corrected. Massive waste of time. Amateur hour here, pick up elsewhere if you like the food.

We online ordered two bowls, one with extra chicken to go. When we picked up the food, it came with two bags. One has one bowl and the other one has two. There was no person around to ask why there were three bowls. Since they are under the same name, we took it home. When we opened it up, one bowl looked so odd that we didn’t dare to touch! We felt it was leftover food! We thought it might be the extra chicken,but it has cheese and a ball of cold rice tainted yellow. It makes the other two bowls , even normal looking, tastes eerily.

I usually don't post negative reviews however, today I placed an order for pickup and when I got home and opened it I was disappointed in how sloppy it was made and how inconsistent all the portions where as you can see in the picture they put more rice than usual and barely any tomato and almost no beans. Unfortunately, if you gonna order, just take the time to inspect it before you go home with your order because I live 7 miles from this location, so I had to deal with it ?

I had an awful experience today. The estimated time for my pickup was 11:20, but after I waited for more than 30 minutes there in the restaurant, they told me their system had problems, so I had to wait in line to order.I showed them the receipt that had the details of my order and asked them to prepare my order, but they insisted that I had to line up for my order. Also, they could not cancel my order as they already charged my credit card. How ridiculous was that?To make things worse, when I finally got home around 12:30, I found they forgot to put protein in my bowel. Although I have been a returning customer for years, I will never order in this specific Chipotle again.
No fajitas, no white rice, no corn, ask for free guacamole at least.. nothing.. only stated they didn’t have certain items after I started my order.. must say I am disappointed.. ??♂️

Came after the lunch rush, and they were out of so many ingredients. Rice, meats, veggies, etc. It was a bit of a wait and some items were skimped on because they didn't have any more, and no workers were preparing it. Only one employee doing all the orders. However, they didn't skimp on the ingredients they did have.

11am. 5 employees eating at tables and order (made at 10:40aam) not even started. At 11:05 I get told, "5 or 10 minutes". How does this store stay in business? The manager should be fired.

Dirtiest Chipotle in the area. We are here eating dinner and there is 1 customer in line, 3 in dinning room and not one clean table. Garbages are over flowing,no clean restroom stalls. Many of the food items are out and trays not removed. Staff is just on phones and standing around.

This Chipotle is tucked away in the corner of a decently busy area. There is plenty of parking in this lot as well. There was a long line when I stopped by for a quick dinner, but the wait was not too bad and the line went by fairly quickly.I ordered my usual burrito bowl with steak - I get both rices and both beans, with mild salsa, lettuce, and light sour cream. Even though there was plenty of seating - I took it to go, since it was a bit crowded and stuffy inside. No major complaints - it tasted like what I usually get at their other locations. It was filling as usual, so I saved half for later.
