The Chipotle on NE First Street is wonderful. The restaurant is well operated and the items are always available. This location is extremely clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. I’ve always got bowl that was filled well with gold portions of cheese, guacamole, and protein at least compared to other locations in the Bay Area.

Trainee gave me a smidgen of salsa no kidding. It did not even fill up to the line in the kid tray, I was flabbergasted, and trainers watched as she closed it without correcting her. Maybe have a closer watch on trainees😪

This place is a scam. Placed an order for a sofritas rice bowl. Got half a scoop of rice, half a scoop of beans. The bowl was not even full. When I mentioned it the staff was rude enough to say that's what they give everyone. Seriously? Half a bowl for $12?

Service fast, too fast. During lunch, the line workers make you feel rushed (even if it's not busy) and don't provide good serving sizes. If you order online, you'll get even less food guaranteed.

Honestly one of the worst chipotles I’ve been to. No “welcome in” 5 lady’s just behind the counter standing. I go to my local chipotle’s in my city all the time never have any problems. Here they Gave about half of half of rice. Rice had many brown pieces of cilantro.. I get it’s the Bay Area but they have poor service. Do better.

A clean and well valve place, good portion without asking, service is quick and easy. A few other Chipotle has upset my stomach as this place is clean and hasn't destroyed my day.
the main things I feel it has going for it is the music they play and how often they clean. Please visit it hard to find a clean fast food resturant place that well lite.

I knew chipotle was scamming people for a long time but it's gotten up to my nerves this time. Placed a pickup order during lunch today for honey chicken bowl and this is how much chicken then put in the bowl. I ain't paying 14.50 for this bull from now on.
