Chipotle is unfair and cheats their customers. I ordered two bowls and a chips, and the chips were missing. I contacted Chipotle the same night that it happened, within 30 minutes of it happening. As soon as we got home and saw that it was missing from the bag, I contacted Chipotle through the app. They told me I had to email and contact Chipotle to get refunded. I did that right away as well. I would have gone back to the store, but it is far away from our house. I had emailed them back for a week answering all their questions. They kept asking the same questions over and over and I kept answering. Finally, after a week, they sent me an email and said that since it’s been a week, they cannot give me a refund anymore. Its not my fault it took them so long to answer back. I gave them everything they needed within the 7 days. It’s just $2.25 for the chips that were not given to me even though I paid for them. I didn’t know that Chipotle treats their customers like this. I am very disappointed.

“Shrinkflation!”
I’ve been a loyal customer at this Chipotle location, and they’ve always served bowls generously enough that sealing the lid was a struggle. But my recent visit left me surprised, there was a lot of empty space in my bowl, and it felt like I got noticeably less food than usual.
Even though Chipotle’s CEO insists that shrinkflation isn’t happening, my experience seems to suggest otherwise. I was disappointed to pay full price for a half-full bowl.
Chipotle, I hope this isn’t a trend we’ll be seeing more of in the future.

This store delivers food so quickly. After I placed a pick-up order on my phone, the APP said I could pick up the food before I even left the house. The taste is naturally the same as Chipotle, but it’s a pity that the guacamole needs to be charged extra.

This location was reusing old ingredients from the previous night and fake queso Blanco. Their "queso blanco" was yellow, thin like water, and did not taste like Chipotle queso Blanco. I will avoid this location from now on. (Former Chipotle employee)

Exceptional Service at This Chipotle!
I had a great experience at this Chipotle location, thanks to the kind lady who helped me out with my order. She was not only friendly but also ensured that my bowl was filled generously, unlike my recent experience at the Chipotle on Brokaw Road where the portions were small and the service was lacking.
The host who took care of my bill, who I believe might be the same lady, Anessa?
I appreciate the effort. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location rather than the one on Brokaw Road. Keep up the great work!
