Closest chipotle to where I live but oh boy this location is bad. They are lacking in portion awareness, the bowls are never filled so you might have to ask for extra multiple of times to just a regular size scoop of topping. Another time, they didn’t seal and package my order correctly so it leaked causing a hole in the paper bag. When I lifted the bag up, everything spilled in my car. I have argued with the cashier once about getting charged when I had a free guacamole couple; she said you can only get the guacamole as a side not a topping in order to use the coupon. Lies!

Omg I thought the one by my place on Union was bad already and this place has beat it today. The kids tortilla order came home with half full of every ingredients, box looks very empty. Mine steak bowl came home with missing ingredients and looks only half filled or half empty. I feel like whoever in charge of this store is either stingy or just not care. The rice portion inside my bowl is just a joke. I used to love dining at Chipotle, and I continue wanting to like it, but my recent experiences have not been great and today is the worst yet.

Went in to order their chicken bowl. The portion was small, especially the portion of rice that was given. Maybe less than one scoop full. They just simply stacked on the lettuce, tomatoes, and the protein. I literally laughed and walked away with the worst $12 I have ever spent. Sorry, I will not return.

they're very stingy on portions
Not open 30 minutes after opening time because none of the food is ready. If you know you open at 10:30, why don't you prep the food before 10:30?
Whenever I go here lines tend to be long because 1 worker is taking orders (slowly) while 2 or 3 workers are doing nothing. Often there are multiple ingredients not available.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These guys don’t check the order correctly before preparing their online orders. I ordered vegetarian because I’m a vegetarian, I received chicken in my order and I saw it after I got home. Was tired and starving, it was 10 in the night and I had to figure out other dinner options. Several times this location also runs out of stuff around 8-9pm and it’s been annoying especially since it’s one of the few places open till late night
Please avoid online ordering at this location if you have dietary restrictions or open and check your order before you leave the restaurant.
So understaffed. Be prepared to wait for a long time even for a really short line ahead of you. Most of the items are not available
Literally the worst chipotle I’ve ever had. The chicken was burnt. The chips were stale. The portion size couldn’t feed a child. Not to mention that my order was entirely wrong and borderline tasted like fish food. Never ordering from this chipotle again. The food quality is absolute trash. It’s almost like the people who work here are experimenting in the kitchen or just completely hate their job so they’re just trying to poison customers.

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. They're always out of ingredients. They might have some in the back. They might not. Tonight they were out of every salsa, so the guy poured all the salsa juice into my bowl. I went straight to the trash and drained it.

My wife and I just came in for some food and it had to be the worst experience in any chipotle ever been in. The girl that was making our food, had major attitude, and was kind of just chucking our food down the line. They had absolutely no food in the bins. None of the meat was fresh. None of the rice was fresh. There was basically nothing. The guy at the end of line rolling my burrito, told us he hates his job and he can’t wait for his next interview to get out of there. I 100% blame management. You can tell that this store not managed well at all. The only bright light was the guy with the ponytail on the grill, hustling his butt off to try to get the food out the countertop where they prepare. The food was a disaster was not a good experience at all.

Came here on Thursday around 9:00 pm and they were out of Corn, Shredded cheese AND sour cream. To make matters worse the manager scooped the most tiniest/pathetic amount of Sofrita on my tacos. I asked for easy beans and the beans took up more space than the meat. 15 minute drive and I’m extremely disappointed with the service given by the manager Jorge. Regardless of the drive no compromise in regards to a bit more meat could be made. I Wouldn’t recommend coming here and they definitely lost a customer.

Hit or miss, but when it's a miss there is NO decent customer service and they won't make it right even if you contact them online, but I would not be surprised if they ask me to contact them online when I already did that. Basically saying "I'm a loser owner who could care less and don't even read these. I just go through the motions!"
Who cares if the food was INEDIBLE the last time and and I WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY! Certainly the owner, management, and even corporate do NOT care because no matter how hard I tried they would NOT refund my money nor give me a replacement meal. Occasionally some places do both, but either would have been acceptable.
And since it's a hit or miss AND POOR customer service, I just don't have money to throw away on inedible food, so I won't return.
Too bad, because when it's a hit, it's good. But not only do I not have the money to throw away on inedible food, but when it's a miss, the time it would take to go somewhere else is also undesirable as well of course.
Chipotle customer service is horrible! 😡😫
