I went late in the evening, around 9:30 PM and the steam table was rather empty. The veggies were waaay overcooked, the salad greens were okay and the only protein options were dry (steak and chix). The chips and guacamole were good. For a downtown location that's open until 11 PM, the food should be better.

This location does not deserve a 4 star. I always get the burrito and they are so inconsistent making them. 1 day I get a nice sized burrito, another I get a little ball. By the way I order online, so I'm not there in person to watch them make it. I don't like talking to people, I just like to go in, pick up my order, and leave. Every customer is different, and that's how I am. They need to do better with their burrito making skills.

I work near this location and the scoops are so inconsistent. Some days it’s normal and some days it’s like this. If I can see the bottom of my bowl, it’s not okay AND on top of that, a huge piece of onion.

Edit: I tried contacting Chipotle directly and they kept saying i need to contact UberEats and when I contact UberEats, they said there is nothing they can do about it. Then I go back to Chipotle's website and can't get in contact with anyone because of the Pepper automated chat.

The food and portions where decent. The only drawback was that I asked for the bathroom code after I ate my meal. The lady said sorry we are closed and I can’t provide you that information. It was 3 minutes after closing, and there were many people still eating inside the restaurant.

Keep in mind I had paid for my food and I was still inside the restaurant when I asked her. I had thrown away my receipt so I did not have it handy.

This really surprised me. For this reason I will not go back to this location. You guys can do better 👎

Absolutely perfect experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly how I ordered it. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and well-stocked. Easily one of the best Chipotle visits I’ve had—can’t wait to come back!

BEWARE PORTION SKIMMING! I door dashed a bowl and I kid you not only had two pieces of beef. I took the risk of DoorDashing chipotle cause everyone knows they will skimp. I didn’t know how bad though. I got barbacoa beef and only two pieces were in the bowl. $50+ order and you can’t even give me any meat. Ugh. Beware when ordering here!!
