What happened to Chipotle? Arrived at this store and nobody knew what happened to my order so I waited until they made another burrito, which was half the size of the burritos I used to get. Guacamole was missing and steak was chewy. Definitely not the same quality.

They fill the spoon up all the way and then only empty half of it into ur bowl

Edit: I went back and this time got even less in my bowl so they’ve gotten worse

The food is ok. But the attitude of the employee is so rude. I paid for the meal , at least she hoist to say “thank you” but nothing. She feel annoyed and don’t want service me. I ask “do you have lemons and salad dressing” whenever I ordered before but she answered me “No” with the rude attitude.Not recommend and never come here again.

Store opened almost 10 minutes late and there was cop who had to leave because they didn’t open on time. Food was really bland. The beans and rice had no flavor. Even the sour cream had no flavor.

I have tried the chicken here multiple times, and it is very inconsistent. Back in Sep 2024, it was bland but now Dec 2024, it is extremely salty. Inedible amounts of salt.

I opted to try to steak here, and it is sometimes undercooked on the inside, but the outside is cooked.

The health of this place seems to be up tight but sometimes the employees are messy and some of them forget to change gloves after handling cash.

The station is a bit messy but not horrible. I think this store's standards could be raised because currently it is going the opposite way from successful.

This is my experience for eating chipotle 4-5 times a week at this location.

Would give 0 stars. All the guys were rude and seemed to not care about customers at all. Almost as if they're not working. One of the employees kept talking to what seemed to be his partner IN THE MIDDLE of taking orders and completely ignoring customers. Like another review from a month ago says... Residue on all the tables and makes the place look very clean. Look at the cameras from Dec 22 9:15pm... I understand is just a "job" but at least try. Would not recommend.

We order at this location a handful of times per year. It’s usually OK, although always issues with small portion sizes, especially the meat.
Our order yesterday was the worst, with barely any meat (like 5-10 small chunks of steak in one burrito), and soo much rice. The rice was not seasoned at all, not even salt, and was undercooked, leaving the whole meal very bland, dry, and just not enjoyable. It’s hard to justify spending so much $$ on mediocre food. I don’t want to discredit the employees - we also work in food service and know how things go, but there needs to be better quality and quantity control.
Chipotle used to be our favorite; now after the last couple experiences we don’t plan to order again

Visited this place for several times, and I'm gonna be honest here. The place is ok but not exactly clean, there's always residues on the table and counter. The staffs were mostly teenagers, always weary and languid, like they are trapped in a job that they don't want (which I can relate to some degree). The real issue however, is the portion of the food. Their price is not the lowest, but their food portion is. I weigh just 180 pounds but I have to order two entrees, usually a bowl and a burrito. I never understand this kind of business model. You are a restaurant, yet you refuse to provide reasonably sufficient food, especially at a price of $20-$40. If you want to make more profit, just raise the price, at least you'd be honest. But cutting the food portions? You are cheating on your own customers. It's really sad that they show no love or passion to their business, and the way they run Chipotle is just repugnant

worst chipotle ever, I was around sjc airport, stopped by and wondered why the store was so big and pretty and there was no customers, moment i walked in, the 2 teenagers made the most annoyed face like “damn a customer” guy took 3 minutes to put on gloves, and nod the head like, without saying a word like what do you want. I asked for a bow with the new brisket, there was no white rice, he went to another partition of the kitchen came back with like almost no rice, and I asked if he could put more rice on it. he made a childish face like i was bothering him, he did put more rice and barely any brisket, i didn’t want to make it a big deal, asked for guacamole, for extra 3$ and got like less than half of the spoon of guac. but that point on I was already ok with it and would come here and rate my experience. btw the total of the bowl was 19,50!
