Horrible customer service super rude! They need to change the workers they’re super lazy and I see I’m not the only one complaining about the same problem. I came in seen most of the containers were half way empty and not labeled correctly I ordered steak but seen there was barely any steak so I asked when they’ll make a new batch they told me to wait 10 min for a new container I waited 10 min came back in and still no one cooking in the kitchen and no new containers so I just left this is honestly the worst chipotle experience iv ever had.

Walked up around 6:15 pm completely empty restaurant and I tried to order a quesadilla. The worker walked back to the kitchen then what it looked like she spoke to a manager, came back and told me I could not order the quesadilla and I had to order online. Okay what? Why is it on your menu then? I was hungry so I just ended up ordering a bowl and ordered the quesadilla on the app. I got my food and waited for order, of course me being the only person in the restaurant I watched them make it in front of me, knowing I ordered the quesadilla, set it aside and not to tell me it’s ready. When I started to eat my bowl it was cold. Mind you it was only 5 mins after getting it.

Make it make sense.

Smallest portions I’ve ever seen. Some of the containers of meat/veggies needed to be changed out because they were empty but instead of changing them out, we got two little bell peppers and a tiny spoon of chicken because they didn’t want to get new containers.

Skimpy Portions and Bad Vibes

There’s one lady at this Chipotle who acts like she’s measuring portions with a teaspoon, not a serving spoon. Even the regular portions feel skimpy, like we owe her something. Her attitude? Straight-up hostile, like she’s mad at the world. She even argued with her own team in front of me, saying she gave me “extra chicken” and making a scene. If it was such a big deal, she could’ve waited until I left. It honestly looked like she wanted to take the chicken back.

Chipotle, you need to do better. The portions don’t match the price, and customers shouldn’t feel like they’re being rationed. Respect your customers and your team, because right now, it’s not adding up

The girl who was helping me out for some reason was very rude, slamming my food around while preparing it while carrying a bad attitude. She would not acknowledge that I wanted more scoops of things when I asked multiple times, and I know I was being clear enough in the loud atmosphere. She was being nice to her co worker before me, but her smile was just gone for the customers afterwards.

A person who is clear on drug walking into the store like a zombie drooling everywhere. He was digging the garbage and combining it into a plate eating in the corner. The manager did nothing about it. Serious question for the store. How are you protecting your other customers from accidentally getting touched to these deadly drugs? This is very serious!!
