Chipotle remains my go-to fast-food chain for its delicious and healthy options at affordable prices. During my recent visit, I enjoyed the Chicken Al Pastor Tacos and the Sofritas Bowl, both of which were awesome and super delicious. The staff was courteous as always. This place is GARBAGE, the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to. I decided to give it a shot again after a few months when my chicken and fajitas were burnt. Turns out the quality is still as bad as it was months after. The rice was raw, and fajitas were still burnt. To top it off, some workers there are unfriendly, and honestly just a big disappointment overall.

This is my go to location as it’s next to the CitySport gym where I also go to. I usually order a little ahead of time and pick it up after workout. This time around, I ordered as I was walking over from the gym and Alma had it ready when I walked in. Y’all know that after a workout, you don’t want to wait too long for a food order. If nothing else, I commend her and the location for being lightning quick. Of course the food is good and healthy as well. Thank you Alma and team!

The cc system was down. I was told by the manager to get cash. I come back with case five minutes later and she decides only the people in front of me can order, but not me. Even though I followed her instructions to a tee. I explained the situation and I found her to be unhelpful to say the least. This occurred today at 12:40pm.
