Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was pleased with my service with this location, it would have been a 5 star if they talk a little more in a sense to us as customers to put a smile on are faces.

Food is not bad,but come on,if customers pay around 15 dollars for a bowl, they shouldn't be so stingy!
Half empty bowls, sometimes less than half,are not worth the money paid for it!

I love the build your own burritos, however if u build yours like I do, the tortilla opens or gets soggy before I get to eat it and I end up having to eat it out of a bowl. Doesn't kill the experience, and I'm not complaining.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

The two workers were very friendly and the best part of the visit.
The carnitas were dry, salsa was not flavorful, the rice was not made to recipe, and the cashier handled the lettuce on my bowl, completed my transaction at the register, then handled the next customer's food WITH THE SAME GLOVES.
Tables were dirty and the hot sauce was empty.
Probably the worst Chipotle I went to. Understaffing and underpayment play large roles in these situations.

As always chipotle is the best and my Togo if I wanted to have Mexican food. I sometimes prefer La taqueria as well but chipotle is everywhere and easily accessible. The food was fresh and tastes amazing.

Portions are too small for paying $17.50 for a bowl. Very disappointing. Not what chipotle used to be!

Very rude customer service, so cheap with the portions, if u ask them to put a little more they will charge u extra. Better to drive to a different location then waste your money here, overall trash location

Today I went to want to eat at this branch and I like that they put lettuce on my order and it turns out that there is no lettuce for the orders to eat there, and at the online ordering counter there is lettuce, so I asked the person serving if I could put lettuce from the counter on the other side and he told me no, because that lettuce can only be used in online orders, it makes a joke to me that having lettuce he tells me that they can't use the lettuce from the counter for orders that are online, to which he answers that he can't get it because they see it on the cameras and they can run it, what kind of response is that, especially when you are paying for wanting to eat as you want, I accept when I know that there would be no lettuce in that branch but because there is no use right there

I'm honestly shocked at how bad the service was at this chipotle. I've had bad service at chipotle's in the past, but this one tops it. The workers are very, very stingy. I wanted steak, but they insisted that I get chicken because they had no steak at the moment so I just settled for the brisket because it is beef as well. Yuck ! it was very, very very burnt. And right when I was paying the steak comes out! It was annoying because before I even said what protein I wanted, the worker was saying "chicken?" ... dont order for me.... he did this to my two little siblings and my boyfriend too. One of the other workers kept knocking things over that was helping us check out. Save your time and go to a different chipotle. Waste of my time and money. Also very rude. They Did not smile at all. The first worker that helped was a little older was nonverbal and I don't think he was special or anything, just rude. The name on my receipt said Andrea, but no women helped me so I don't know what their names were. But one of them was heavyset one was a little older man, and one had a beard and I think glasses, he was the worst one. Ambience was terrible. It was so dirty. It was like they were putting invisible scoops in my bowl. And for my boyfriend's quesadilla, the sides were barely filled. and it was almost $20. And the quesadilla was a mess , and only used one tortilla and very scarce with the meat and cheese . That meal wouldn't have even satisfied a child yet alone my 6'4 boyfriend.

It's been a long time we haven't stop by. My son was craving for chipotle food. We stopped by this location for lunch. OMG it's a terrible decision. The rice was super sour and the beans and meat were salty. I wonder the person who cooked the foods have ever tasted it before served the customers or just dumped it. I wonder recommend anyone stop by this location.
