All the workers looked lost and the ones in the back kept coming up checking to see how backed up and miserable the servers were.Atmosphere- Poor. We did an online order like hour ago and when we arrived at the store for my order the store staff were like the order is not ready and you can wait for 40 mins if you want to or else you can just cancel the order. The guys who walked in got the order faster than us who ordered an hour early and had to wait for 40mins.

I ordered my meal for pickup on the app. It took this restaurant almost 40 minutes to make a single bowl. The staff seemed much more concerned with cleaning the restaurant than they were with making the food.

Is Chipotle dying??They were out of white rice (how?), fajitas, and steak. The server was skimping on beans as if it was coming out of his personal savings. I asked to see the manager, but while waiting, I looked around and the place was dirty; Tables were not cleaned, floor was littered, and the store had no other customers either. I also remembered my own similarly dismal previous experiences, and the plethora of recent 1 star ratings. And I realized, they just don't care. It's not an aberration but rather the new normal for my experiences at this (and many other) Chipotle locations. And with that realization, I left without wasting more time waiting for the manager.
