Terrible customer service. I arrived and they didn't even say hello, and they ignored me without asking if I could wait a moment out of politeness. I'm pregnant and I can't eat meat if it's undercooked, but they tell me that's how they do it there and refuse to cook the little bit I was going to eat better. The lack of empathy from these people is incredible, and they were both women. I will never go back there again because on top of the place being super dirty and the terrible customer service, it's already too much. And indeed, this place has very bad reviews, and not without reason.

Avoid this location at all costs! The staff is slower than molasses and you will not get your food in any kind of timely manner. If there is a promotion with a set window of time, you will miss it and they will not honor it despite waiting in line for half an hour. They have never had all of the ingredients that I wanted ready to go and are frequently out of stock of carnitas.

Easily the best Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The portions are always generous, the staff is friendly and laid-back, and the place is spotless. Everything is fresh, hot, and fully stocked — they really go above and beyond. You get way more than your money’s worth here. Don’t let the 1-star reviews fool you — most of them sound like classic Karen complaints. This location deserves an award Mind you I have been going to this chipotle for years and my experience is always stunner.

I go during weekdays for dinner around 7:30-8:30pm They always give the perfect portions, the meat and chips are properly flavored, and I just get in and get out at a reasonable pace

The twink looking worker literally just looked me in the eye and gave me a quarter scoop of all the veggies and when I asked him if that was it he said it was extra for more 😂 DONT PMO AND STOP WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY. If it was like this in person I don’t even want to imagine what the online orders look like. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
