Chipotle Mexican Grill

Came in this Monday afternoon and had a great experience. The young guy on the line was really nice and made my bowl exactly how I wanted it. He didn’t rush and paid attention to the details, which I appreciated. The place was clean, the food looked fresh, and the whole vibe was solid. Definitely coming back!

They ran out of veggies before 8 PM and they’re open till 10! We even waited for 10 mins because they initially said they were gonna make more and ended up having to go to a different location. Wouldn’t recommend

Walked in and noticed the kitchen prep area was in chaos with food bits everywhere. As a pregnant woman and just a clean individual with standards, I can't eat here. It's in shambles and makes me question the bacteria and hygiene of this store. It wouldn't surprise me if the local News Station came by to feature this on a Dirty Dining series of some kind! If you treat yourself well, don't risk eating here. I walked in and walked out in less than 30 seconds. That's all I needed to assess the state of this QSR restaurant and the way it's managed. No thanks!

Also, they allow the homeless to hang out and peddle for money in front. So it's not safe or clean in that regard if you are looking for somewhere nice to have a lunch and enjoy the sunshine.

It's just shocking to me that large cities like San Jose collect so much money and offer SO many programs to the homeless and none of it is effective in helping them improve their quality of life. Just another example of California and its tax dollars becoming a blue welfare state, yay!

Very rude guy at the register. I was picking up an order and I asked the guy at the register if the chips were in the sealed bag and he said well I don’t know. Did you get chips? I said OK so you guys bag them together? he’s responds it all should be in there. And when I asked for the drink, he said what kind of drink and I said a fountain drink he then says well it should be in there. So I told him thank you for letting me know that is in there. I do not know these things, but he was very condescending and rude when I asked and I don’t think that someone should be saying well it should be in there right. If this was a DoorDash order, how would someone have got their fountain drink from a sealed bag? I’m just curious but Anywho, very rude guy. I know it is busy right now and they close at 10 and I walked in at 9 PM but if you do not have customer service you shouldn’t work with the public. I’d Like to walk back in and get his name because he really shouldn’t be working with customers with that type of attitude, but I just do not have the time to go back in there, but I hope that something is mentioned to the staff to be nicer to customers.

Really nice place. I go here often, because it's close to where I live, and I am always satisfied with everything. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

At 5pm they were out of a lot of- had to wait for white rice and fajitas. The employee making the fajitas took out her phone while grilling.

Waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come n take my order while all the employees were wondering off , will not be coming back plus the food sucks

Ordered veggie bowl online and later found out the bowl was 3/4 empty. What a rip off

Deborah the manager at this location is phenomenal. The location itself did a great job of keeping things clean and I am a vegetarian person, so when I came in, they actually changed all the spoons just for me to prevent allergies. One of the best chipotles I’ve seen in terms of the quality of ingredients and it really looks like this new manager is turning around the ship

Always out of some stuff and stingy with portions.
I’ve never seen them serve fajitas. They’re alwayya out.

Edit: they charged me extra to do sour cream on side they now want extra for just asking anything on the side instead on the bowl.
Their manager Andrew is in on this this.

Now sure how they can get away with this.

Gave me the worst food poisoning.

Good place to eat out, The employees were very friendly and the manager was very attentive to all customers .Also the food was well cooked and well served. I definitely give it a 10/10
