Ordered online and had to wait 40 minutes after the expected pick up time. What's more infuriating is that the in person line is empty so they could've been using the line food for making the online orders 🤦.
They don’t have half of the ingredients and it looks like they don’t plan on having them. Jo effort whatsoever.

Chipotle itself is a good brand but places like this location enough to tarnish the good work of last several years of the franchise. They almost always run out of ingredients. This is 3 rd time I was not able to get veggies or shredded chicken on it, barbacoa is also on and off.. the service is generally slow , some workers are rude and place is like have not more than 8 seats.. there is no other chipotle nearby, I wish there is one more in 3 mile radius , I will ditch this one for sure. Generally my go to place is Lucy's , but this guy is a good location, so Everytime I go there I feel like they would have fixed the food shortage issue but I am still waiting for that day

You will be hard pressed to find a more poorly ran restaurant, let alone another Chipotle.
Chronically understaffed and dirty. Last 2 times I was there during peak dinner hours, there were only 1 or 2 people working at the front line. Once I ordered online and food wasn't ready for 40mins past scheduled pick up time.

I went to this Chipotle once, and there was only one employee working — he was acting as both the cashier and the person preparing food. I noticed he was handling money and food without changing his gloves. When I politely asked him to change them, he gave me an attitude but eventually did. Then, while preparing my bowl, he suddenly took it to the back kitchen. Since I couldn’t see what he did with my food, I didn’t feel comfortable and decided to leave. That was my first and last visit to this location. I do not recommend this Chipotle.

Seems Chipotle is taking a nosedive into oblivion. The food, the service and cleanliness are getting worse every visit but prices are going up. Probably going to stop going there and go to Senior taco instead.

Portions are puny, I shouldn't be seeing the bottom of the bowl with double meat.

Guys, your manager on duty is standing there doing nothing and going on her phone. Chicken was out for 20-30 minutes. People are just sitting inside waiting for chicken. What is going on?? It’s peak dinner time of 7pm. How is the manager not ensuring the food is always readily available? Whoever is working Friday night 10/10 needs to be investigated.

Atmosphere: first the garbage was overflowing onto the floor. the indoor seating was just covered with refuse and salsa. one of the seats had its upholstery ripped off and inside cushion falling out.
Food: so they’re out of rice and they say it will be 10 minutes. i’m looking at how they serve the brown rice and basically they drop half the rice all over the counter - maybe that’s why they ran out of rice. Next they’re out of roasted veggies at 8pm and they’re open til 10 and will not be making anymore.
Service: i did say i walked in then i walked out. The servers didn’t apologize about anything just say it’s it is. If the place looks like a pig sty i would imaging the service would reflect that anyways.
Conclusion: this is a Gordan Ramsey Kitchen Nightmare episode in the making.
