I don’t want to tell y’all about Chispiro’s and at the same time I wanna tell everyone about Chispiro’s. Across from one of the best coffee cafe’s in San Jose (Blvd Coffee Almaden) is a wonderful eatery serving burritos, taco, tortas and more fresh in front of your eyes. You start on the right and shuffle left as staff builds your entree scoop by scoop. all the food here is incredible - the hand made tortillas alone are worth a visit (and sometimes they will sell you a few extra tortillas to take home). I love their agua frescas - they are fresh, not too sweet. Service is quick and friendly
