Thank you for providing such excellent service! This cafeteria is well-known for its delicious food and excellent service. All about this spot appeals to me, and I will be proud to recommend it to anyone. It is, without a doubt, a fantastic place to eat delicious food! It comes highly recommended! I'll undoubtedly return to this site.

I'm was heartbroken when I found this place was closed. This was my favorite coffee shop in the San Jose. I loved the coconut mocha. I hope they will re-open at some point in a different location.

I was so full. Really nothing but enjoyable experiences here, I'll be back. Similar to a place in Denver I liked.

I came here on a rainy day for a study group session, and it was a good choice. There are outlets to charge laptops, phones, etc. No loud music, which is a plus, if you are looking for a quiet study area. My group ordered hot chocolate, ice tea, and their ice document latte! The staff is very friendly, and it can get full throughout the day. However, this cafe goes on my list as one of my favs.

(This review is based on my experiences pre-covid19.)Loooove their La Chata latte. If you love horchata, you should definitely try this. I love coming here because they feature local San Jose artwork around the shop. The baristas are really nice and friendly as well!Just checked that they're officially closed :(

This is hands down the best coffee place in San Jose, and there is a long list of coffee places here! By far I get the most comfortable and positive vibe from Chromatic compared to other craft coffee shops, even though there are some other amazing places downtown. The mochas are unbelievable and there are (usually) actually non-dairy pastry options--and they're delicious!

This place does not accept cash. All I wanted was a cup of coffee and did not want to use my credit card. When Starbucks' system goes down they at least offer you a free cup of coffee. Of course they accept cash. I will never come here again.

Great selection of teas brewed fresh to order. Coffee is also very good. They have amazing pastries that they will heat up and prepare for you upon request.

Loved having coffee here with my mom. The decor is so cute and artsy it made for a great atmosphere. Loved that they stamp their cups! It was a nice DIY spin. The chai latte was great too! I could really tell it was a good quality chai. I love that they have milk alternatives. The pastries are really good as well but it takes them a while to heat them up. Prices for goods are reasonable considering this is a healthy alternative to the green mermaid ‍ and you're supporting a small business. You can also buy a huge selection of items there. Be it for your coffee or for your artistic soul! Absolutely love that they support small artists.

If you're into serious espresso, avoid this place. They transfer. And they refuse to do it any differently. The person at the counter was trying to bs me saying they transfer because the scale is set to their weighting glass. When I told them they could reset the scale to any ceramic cup (lots of places just do that), she told me it was more complicated than that and I had an attitude. Guys, go to other places. Transferring is the exception and a nonsense. Period. Ask ritual, Sightglass, Andytown and any serious coffeeshop please?
