F this location. First, they started increasing their game play to four credits per game when it used to be one. Then I came today and they don’t take the play pass that every other Chuck E. Cheese in the country takes. I play a monthly subscription fee to use this play pass at all the Chuck E. Cheese’s And it gets me 50% off all food and 250 credits every day and now they’re saying they don’t take it here. Never going to this location again.
Dont like the fun pass dont work
Love this Chuck E. Cheese! It’s huge! My son and his friends had a ball for his 7th Birthday yesterday. The adults enjoyed it too. Food was good. Salad bar was fresh. Host was awesome. I purchased the Ultimate Package for a party of 13. It included a discount. All kids left with a prize! We will be back!
Most machine need repair but kids loved it
Avoid this place. This past weekend my in laws wanted to make a memorable day with my kids and it turned out in a really bad experience. To start off when my mother in law ordered the pizza the order was wrong and when she told the cashier the order was wrong she blamed my mother in law that she was the one that order wrong. The cashier said she wasn't able to change the order and if she did she wasn't able to use the coupon that she had used on that order. Luckily the owner came to authorized the changes. Then when it was time for my kids to exchange their tickets the worker at the booth gave us a hard time to get our prices and kept our extra tickets we had left in our card saying we didn't have any when we had some left. Not planning to come back with this kind of workers.
The manager was very rude
Big location and kids have fun

Unfortunate this place has stopped accepting memberships. They are also more expensive compared to other locations. Sadly my last visit here

You can’t use your pass here. The first time, I tried to use it they didn’t want to give me the discounts for food. Second, time I came now a second time and they don’t accept the fun pass. Don’t waste your time and money on a pass that you won’t be able to use.
Bathrooms were clean, salad bar was fresh, pizza wasn't burned very friendly staff lots of space lots of tables over all the kids had a blast
I am beyond furious after my visit to this Chuck E. Cheese. This is supposed to be a safe place for kids, yet there were grown adults walking around in disturbing, child-like outfits! Including diapers and it was completely unacceptable. Every parent around was uncomfortable, and rightfully so.
What pushed me over the edge? The staff did absolutely NOTHING. No one stepped in, no one questioned it, and no one seemed to care about how inappropriate the situation was for a children’s environment.
We bring our children here expecting safety, not to be exposed to bizarre and unsettling adult behavior while the employees stand around ignoring it. Families deserve better.
We have to protect our kids, and this location clearly isn’t doing that. I will NEVER bring my children back here, and I strongly urge other parents to think twice until management starts taking family safety seriously.
this place no longer accepts chuck E. Cheese Membership.
