This location was the first ever pizza time theater in the world which locates in San Jose which is revamped to Chuck e cheese and is still the biggest and best with 3 floors the 3rd is not open in public while 2 and 1 are available which are for seating playing games or machines to make your payment for a card or recharge it t play but still this place is unique and also make sure to take the picture with chuck outside on the side!

This is a great Chuck E Cheese Location, it is huge and even has an elevator if you need help getting to the second floor. There are a lot more games and even has 2 VR rides. Also they still do the ticket throw for the kiddos. My kiddo had a great time, it does get a little crowded at about 5pm so if you would like to avoid a ton of people I’d get here before 5. Some of the games are a bit more pricy a 2 point instead of 1 but you can get a lot more prizes.

This is actually the best Chuck E Cheese I have been to. It's very clean. Tables are cleaned regularly and thoroughly. Oswald was very helpful when I got cards stuck while turning them in. I also saw him cleaning up trash left around the games. There are a lot of employees that take pride in how clean this place is. Salad bar is always restocked and clean. The food is really good. Employees are very helpful and friendly and help resolve any issues. I highly recommend coming here.

We came here because it's huge and the website said they had the new adventure zone/ trampoline. Spoiler alert... they do not.
My son loves claw games and several seemed to be calibrated to very conveniently release just before getting to the chute and we wasted lots of points before realizing it was by design.
The game variety was great, my son had lots of fun, but I don't think we'll return to this location.

We’re very sad that they have been: 1. increasing the “points per game” for many of the machines 2. also reducing the number of “plays” per swipe 3. Reducing the ticket jackpot and bonus 4. while also increasing the ticket prices on the prize wall!!
The monthly membership feels a bit less valuable every day :(
