The place is always closed when it says it’s open on Google maps and on the door.
King crab and jambalaya was good.

We were dine-in and two of my friends placed separate takeout orders, they were each charged a service fee on their individual takeout bills, which makes no sense for to-go transactions.
When we questioned the staff, they claimed it was because we were seated at a table. Please note: the dine-in bill had already included a service fee. So I fail to understand why we were each charged an additional $20–$30 service fee on our to-go orders, in addition to tax and a 3.75% merchant fee.
To make matters worse, the to-go order came out incorrect, and the bill they charged us was also wrong. We ended up wasting time going back and forth with the staff just to get the bill corrected—multiple times. Not only were we charged for a service we didn’t receive, but the entire process was frustrating and disorganized, further proving they didn’t deserve any kind of service fee for takeout.
WARNING: CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE YOU PAY. DO NOT GET OVERCHARGED AND DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Hmm this place, i don't know what's the hype for this place, but their service suck and their sauce are just decent, nothing special and the shrimp were smushy and not fresh at the time we dine in.
It's one of those restaurants that struts like it's on a runway and all the staff who act like they're doing you a favor by letting you eat there.
We went in while there were no seats inside the restaurant so they told us to wait outside then we saw the outdoor seating then we sat down and one of the staff gave us the menu and left... waited for 5 mins and we got a call saying now our table is ready so we went in and sat down. All the the staff were mumbling oh, thought they were sitting outside bla bla bla, then a waiter guy came by and said on, next time if you sit outside you cannot come back in side(despite there were Noone waiting at the time) so rude. No more going back there and I gave zero tips toward their unprofessional attitude.

On the napkin holder there's a description of the sauces.
I think service and food came out fast. I only got crab but everyone I was with seemed to have a good time and we all enjoyed the garlic noodles. I love that there's a separate sink to wash hands outside the bathroom. Plenty of parking outside; friendly and attentive staff.

It’s just a little place casual.
I’ve eaten here twice, the first time was really good, but my friend ordered and I couldn’t remember which sauce but I think medium spicy shambalaya. At that time we had shrimp and clam 1lb each with add on combo corn potato and sausage. 4.5-5 stars.
This last time was a week ago.
This time certain parts were not as delicious, while others were.
We ordered shrimp 1lb, 1lb crawfish with house sauce mild(since one friend can’t eat spicy…be careful even mild has a little kick) with corn. I don’t think the shrimp was simmered in the sauce like the first time, it tasted more like they cooked shrimp in water then threw it in sauce…so the flavor was more watered down. Then I was disappointed because we had ordered extra corn to be added to shrimp, but they forgot and so they brought it separately.the “outside” corn tasted terrible . It’s just the cheap frozen highly processed kind and tasted worse without immersion in the sauce. I was disappointed in corn and the way my meal was cooked this time. 3.5 stars. Though sauce did taste very good
The wings in garlic sauce was 4 stars
and French fries were 5 stars!! Really the best….
The garlic noodle was simple and also delish 4.5 stars
We also had lobster tail in garlic sauce with French bread and that was 4,5 stars!
I smelled like garlic for two days.

Went on a Sunday afternoon, the place was busy. There's also outdoor seating. The food and service was good. Had the sampler plate, nice assortment of seafood served with tartar and cocktail sauces. It's not far from the BART station, looking forward to going again and trying other items.

THE best Viet Cajun seafood boil ever. We’ve been to many crawfish boils in different cities but always come back to this one whenever we get the chance. It is just THAT good. Try the shambalang flavor and you won’t regret it. ?
Their garlic noodles are also epic too!!
