Quick and friendly service. Delicious drinks.
Coco lost me as a customer today. I asked to split a large boba into two small cups for my kids—offered to pay for it, too. Simple request. They refused. No flexibility, no empathy, no effort to understand the situation. That kind of rigid, unfriendly service tells me everything I need to know. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values basic courtesy and customer care.
Had the pearl milk tea with soy milk. The milk tea was very tasty! But the pearls were very chewy and didn’t seem fresh… hope they are able to fix that.
I’m delighted they opened this new location! it’s super convenient. The workers are super quick and the drinks taste great LOL. I’ve tried a fair share of drinks and my favorites are still the classics heehee, Tropical Special (passion fruit green tea with coconut jelly and boba) and all the milk teas! Coco is one of my favorite boba chains! it’s definitely worth checking out 😆😆 i’m sure any drink you try will be good!
Their passion fruit green tea is my fav

I placed an order online ahead of time, but I had to wait in line with walk-in customers. There were two groups of people ordering their drinks when I arrived, and the staff seemed to be making drinks based on the order of arrival at the store. I waited 20 minutes for my drink…I don’t see the point of ordering online. I will never visit again.

I liked this brand but drinks from this specific store seems to have some hygiene issues. I got a Barbie drink and a blue moon pop drink . Both my girl friend and me got sick and stomachaches after having their drinks. What a terrible experience.

Not the best, but not the worst, when it comes to milk tea.

Pretty good boba shop, especially for one that's in the mall. I notice that boba shops in the mall don't really taste as good as if they were outside on their own, but CoCo Tea is actually solid. It is creamy and the boba is good. I would say that the tea could be a bit stronger because as I drink it, it seems like the flavor goes away pretty quickly. Otherwise, probably one of the better boba shops in Valley Fair Mall.

Always like Coco’s bubble tea. The store is cozy with good service. Also love the music played in the store. Definitely visiting again!
More like a 4.5, but Google won't do half stars. It's a well-kept shop with a nice atmosphere. If the place were a little bigger I'd read books or study like you would in a cafe. The ladies are always super nice and are hard workers, so make sure to tip! Quality > quantity, I prefer a well done, smaller menu rather than a poorly done, large menu.
