The atmosphere is chill. The employees are nice and patient with me when I'm indecisive. I loved the Quiche and the Mocha Bianca.
I usually get regular mocha but the white one was good too.
Dietary restrictions: Some gluten free options. I ate the quiche without eating the crust. I'm not highly allergic to gluten if it touches my food but I can't digest it.

Had a terrible experience here today. Went in with my cousins and decided to get a pastry that had a listed price of $6.95, but when we paid, we were charged $10.45 instead. When we asked about it, they said that was the old price and they hadn't changed the tag. They refused to honor the listed price and refused to provide any other resolution besides a refund. Swallowing a 60% increase in the listed price was just too much, so we left empty-handed.

The pastries here are delicious, but unfortunately, the customer service is severely lacking. From the moment we walked in, the experience was unpleasant.
First, there’s no clear signage indicating where to line up to order, which caused confusion. Instead of being greeted warmly, we were yelled at by the woman at the register to move to the other side to place our order. This set the tone for the entire visit.
The young gentleman taking dessert orders was no better. He had a bad attitude and spoke so quietly that we had to ask him to repeat himself. When we did, he responded in a condescending way, speaking slowly and with a monotone voice, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
While the pastries are worth trying, the poor customer service overshadowed the quality of the food. A little kindness and better organization would go a long way in improving the overall experience.
