The drink itself is ok, but bruh, can you make sure the lid is closed properly before handing over the take out coffee?? It definitely ruined my pants and nobody came and helped us. Awful services

Got a granita but it wasn't even icy at all, fully became liquid 5 minutes later.

This was my first time and I have to say their ambience and service is really good. I got the honey sea salt latte and it was perfect. They also give you options to customize from roast to milk to sweetness level. Overall a great place to hangout with friends and get some coffee.

Such a nice and cozy spot! On our recent visit, we ordered the Honey Pandan Latte and the Orange Mocha. The Orange Mocha was a bit underwhelming and had a medicinal taste, but the Pandan Latte was absolutely delicious. I also want to give a special shoutout to the baristas—they were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The warm hospitality definitely made the experience better.

I came in for a quick bite to eat before an appointment close by. I felt overwhelmed by how narrow and tiny the space was. I was trying to determine who was in line and who wasn't. The cashier was friendly and polite. Took my order promptly. I should of asked how big the Chinese sausage wrap was, because I wouldn't have bought it if I had known. For the price of $8 plus tax it wasn't up to par. I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. Definitely not $8 worth of food. The wrap was the size of my hand and I have child size hands. Wrap was mostly tortilla with very little fillings. Very bland. The only flavorful thing was the 2-3 tiny pieces of Chinese sausage and the light drizzle of Sriracha. I didn't buy any coffee so no comment on that, but if you want food go somewhere else.

Holy cow, the food here is wonderful! I ordered the avocado toast with a fried egg on top and was blown away with the sprinkle of spices on the avocados and egg. The use of peppercorn and something that reminds me of furikake is nicely done and makes this normally bland dish come alive.

The Madagascar (vanilla) coffee is also lovely. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Lovely experience as always, got the lavender fog. Nicely balanced drink. Sometimes lavender london fogs are too heavy on the lavender for me, so the restraint was much appreciated. Wonderful service from Paul, who discussed the cofermented single origin beans with me and took excellent care of me when I was deciding on my order.

Everything about this place is perfect, the only thing is that the smell of oil and grease (I think from the breakfast sandwiches they make?) will really get to you after a while, and also linger around on your clothes. I really wish I could give this place a higher rating, but unfortunately, the smell gets extremely nauseating after a while.

I’ll definitely recommend this to family.

4.5 stars for drinks and -2 stars for the atmosphere.
Great coffee fosters wonderful interactions and meaningful connections. However, the work-from-cafe epidemic is turning once-soulful cafes into libraries. These cafes now primarily cater to patrons on their laptops who hangout there for multiple hours in exchange for 1-2 drinks while the high turnover groups that visit for a short duration and buy multiple drinks are relegated to tables outside (if they are lucky) and left to brave the weather. The cafe owners are indifferent as these locations are now just co-working spaces disguised as coffee shops.
My recent visit was one such experience where outside of 1 group, the rest of the 10 odd tables were occupied by folks on laptops. There were two groups outside that were lucky to get some shade chit-chatting.
This is the sad reality at a lot of these cafes now. It’s sorry to see what has become of Coffee & Water Lab. Priorities, I guess.

Awesome beans and chill staff. Seating is somewhat limited sometimes. Parking is atrocious. But look at the swan design on the coffee! 10/10.
