This place produces a ton of air pollution that affects the whole neighborhood.

Food used to be excellent. Getting worse. Pho's price is excellent though ($13/bowl)

This is one of popular restaurants with special traditional Vietnamese food in San Jose: broken Rice dishes.
Food is good, but place is crowded & noisy.
Service is slow! If you order food to go, the wait time is ridiculous, more than 45 minutes! By the time you get the food, you already lost taste and not enjoy anymore!
Not recommended! Go somewhere else!

One of the best com tam restaurants in the entire country. Perfect and amazing in every way. The food here is impeccable. No visit to the Bay area is complete without a stop at com tam thien huong.

This place is well known for their broken rice although they also have pho and perhaps some additional Vietnamese’s dishes. We only came here for broken rice and along with either a boba drink or Avocado smoothie. I gave three stars to their service not because their service is bad but it is just at the expected normal service level like many other Asians restaurants. Come here for the food, the reasonable prices and the quite clean atmosphere.

Parking: The restaurant is located in a plaza so parking slots are available for the whole complex so you should be able to find a parking space for your car, especially if you are willing to walk a little.

Very good com tam. Chicken or beef are great. Pork is a little dry but still pretty good.

Pretty good food, it’s a loud place with lots of people. The prices are a little high.
