When you're outside in this plaza, you might be wondering what all the big smoke is that pillows the parking lot once every 5 minutes. Its mostly coming from here which somehow is a pretty effective advertisement if i say so myself! When you walk in however, you could be asked to wait as this restaurant specializing in com tam rice plates is pretty popular in the area. (And the 3rd business i seen with thien huong on their name, is this just a really diverse family of restaurants?)...
Our family has visited Com Tam Thien Huong several times for its broken rice dishes, and it's consistently been a satisfying choice. The grilled pork chop and shredded pork skin are our go-to orders, offering savory flavors and a well-balanced texture.

We enjoyed the rice plates that we ordered. The employees were kind and helpful. I do recommend and will return.
A customer that sat next to me recommended the sampler plate because you get the opportunity to try multiple things that could help you order items when you go back.
