This was a recommendation from a happy customer and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Delicious food with a menu that has plenty to choose from, without being inundated with options.
Our orders were taken promptly and the food was well timed, arriving together. So many flavors. Looking forward to returning! ???? ?

Copita has a great menu with many different choices. They have great cocktails and a large selection of tequila. Service is attentive and accommodating. This restaurant is co- owned by Joanne Weir with another location in Sausalito. Both spots are highly recommended.

Absolutely love Copita so much so that we've graduated from dining to event planning with them and could not be more thrilled!
Their facilities (particularly the rooftop) are wonderful for dining and we'll be holding our upcoming event in their Willow Room - state of the art - on the roof top.
The staff (from concierge to wait staff to Event Director- David Cirigliano) are first rate and very attentive. They go out of their way to ensure that your evening and/or events are memorable and exceed expectations.
Lastly, I'm very impressed by the hands on nature of the owners. You can tell that they are all about making Copita's a top destination in downtown Willow Glen for the long haul. They are branching into catering. have an onsite DJ etc.
We recommend Copita most highly!!

Came in the daytime and ate on the patio. Food was excellent, mocktails delicious, and the service was prompt and friendly. Would like to come back at night to go onto the rooftop patio.

Copita. NOT a Taqueria, but "A" Tequileria. In this sense of the word, it meets the expectation. Supplant yourself in a classic Oaxican gastronomic Imaginitivo. The fare is original and synonymously inventive. The mezcal cocktail "La Caprucha" is a must-have. I do gig the service for not being on par with similar experiences I have had in Mexico. I ordered the tamal (only available downstairs), and after words, finish the evening on the upstairs patio.

First time here after much anticipation. There is room to grow between the food and service. Tacos were underflavored and undersalted yet had potential. Salsa and waters came in some of the smallest vessels possible. The churro was overcooked on the outside and raw on the inside. Ambiance was great. Clear room to grow into a tastier spot with attentive service.

I recently visited this restaurant and was quite disappointed with my experience. Not only was the staff unprofessional and inattentive, but I was also overcharged for my meal. When I brought it to their attention, they were dismissive and didn’t seem to care about resolving the issue. The lack of customer service and transparency really put a damper on what could have been a nice meal. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to others
Wow what a great experience here today! I went with my friend. It was our first time here. It was nearly 100 degrees in San Jose today and it was like 85 degrees at 8pm when I ate here on their rooftop which was honestly perfect. The inside of the rooftop was perfectly air conditioned for the heat wave. It felt like we were on vacation somewhere. All the wait staff were super nice and attentive. The food was really good with big portions too. The drinks were well made!
We came on a Wednesday when they had a live DJ playing which added to the vibe and the DJ came over to introduce himself as well.
We will definitely be back!

Great experience at rooftop bar. Yummy drinks & the bar menu was awesome. Highly recommend it! However, give the main dining area a miss. The enchiladas were drowning in mole, the hostess was cranky and while the roof top was vibing on Saturday night, downstairs was half empty. We should have stayed upstairs. Then it would be 5 stars instead of 2!

Came for some drinks and appetizers at the rooftop. Very nice experience compared to other Mexican spots. Drinks and food are very good. We ordered the papas bravas and the tuna tostadas. The best part was when David, the manager, came and chat with us, great guy and also vibe. We definitely will back thanks to him!

Food was fantastic. I had the best ribeye. Met David and he is the best. He makes the place what it is. Denisse is the best waitress. I'm definitely going back.

We are Willow Glen residents, so decoded to bring some guests over to Copita. We had made reservations at Copita rooftop and upon arrival we were told that our “reservation” was mistakenly given to someone else. So the next best thing to do was to figure it out and give us another table, right?? Wrong, the hostess tells us “you can go upstairs and ask the hostess up there to put your name down again”. We ended up getting a table inside. Bummer.
Secondly, while eating, there is a hovering waiter who is always in a hurry to take your plate. He doesn’t even ask. I was still eating and basically snatches the plate from under me. Rude and not mindful at all.

?✨ Spicing up our day at Copita!
Copita is a modern Mexican restaurant with a vibrant decor and a stunning rooftop bar and seating area. Their menu is 100% gluten-free and seasonal so it changes quite often. We were impressed by all of our dishes! But few favorites were Mexican Truffle Empanadas, Carne Asada Tacos, and Baja-Style Cod Tacos. Our cocktails were great too. For dessert, we ordered Churros with chocolate fudge sauce, and it was divine! Can’t wait for another visit when they have my Mangonada back on the menu!?
