Wonderful concert! The musicians were technically talented, as well able to perform meaningfully with deep emotion.
Suggestions for improvement if possible:
1. Raise the elevation of the rear rows of seating, to provide an improved view of the performers.
2. Improve the delivery of the performers’ speaking voices, as well the recorded announcements were not clear.
Thank you
Whitney is incredibly fast, efficient, and super responsive! She made the entire process seamless and enjoyable, consistently going above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and that I had everything I needed. Even though we couldn't move forward this time, I genuinely hope to have the opportunity to work with her again in the future. Highly recommend!
The musicians were fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed the performance. The venue was beautiful too, although the seating was uncomfortable, and there was a cool draft. Overall, an enjoyable night.
Great show, beautiful venue!
I was looking at event venues for a company holiday event. I received a call within 60 seconds of submitting the online inquiry from Whitney who was incredibly nice, upbeat and helpful, answering all of my questions and more. She followed up immediately following our call as promised, and provided all of the details needed for me to share with my team. I set up a tour a few days later and was helped by Savanah. She gave us a tour and was also friendly and helpful. The venue itself was absolutely stunning. I loved everything about it. We decided against having our event there this time because we won't have as many folks in attendance for this event so it doesn't quite make sense now, but we will absolutely keep them in mind for future events. I am determined to hold an event here at some point, be it personal or corporate. Loved it and Whitney and Savanah were great!
One of the best Candlelight concerts so far
The music was great also the acoustics in the room was perfect. I gave 4 starts because from the section I was, I was not able to see the performers. The should consider raising the stage to everyone can appreciate the performers.
Great venue for this performance. Loved the candles throughout the seating area. And the parking was not as bad as I thought it was going to be.
I brought my mom to a concert here and contacted them ahead to ask about ADA seating. They said not a problem, just arrive early for help getting seated.
I was horrified when we arrived to a large marble outdoor staircase and they asked my mom to get out of her wheelchair and climb the stairs while they carried her wheelchair! We found out after the concert that the elevator was under repair. I never would have subjected her to the hardship and humiliation had we known and would have refunded our tickets.
The staff did the best they could and brought out a motorized chair with a belt to help get her up the stairs. They didn't know how to use it properly, and were going to do it with none of the safety straps in place. I stopped them and insisted we get all the belts in place (there was no rail or armrest to make sure she didn't tip out.) They managed to get her up the stairs with a lot of bumps and discomfort on her part.
Before the concert we went to use the restroom. There was no ADA restroom! We had to leave the wheelchair inside the door and navigate a hard turn. Fortunately, my mom can walk short distances if she has something to hold on to. However, there was no ADA stall! I heard her groan in pain with her bad knees as she sat on the toilet with no handrail or raised seat. Then she couldn't get up, and I had to go inside to help her... except it was not a large stall and the door opened inwards, so once I help her stand, I had to climb around her over the back of the toilet so that she could open the door inward and we could get out.
This was a travesty and never should have happened. All concert-goers should have been notified of the lack of ADA compliance and given an option to cancel their tickets. The only reason I don't give them one star is because there was a wonderful attendant who helped walk her down the flight of stairs after the concert and made sure she didn't fall as she grasped the handrail with both hands to make it out of there.
The string quartet put on a great performance! The acoustics sounded great in the venue and it was a cool ambience with the candle lighting.
I give 4 stars because it was pretty hot in there, which made us uncomfortable and detracted from the overall enjoyment of the show

Behind the Corinthian Grand Ballroom is a new pool venue called Oasis. I was researching San Jose pool venues a month before my brother's birthday weekend. There weren't many options that could accommodate 50+ guests, so I lucked out when I found Oasis on Epic Venues' website. I submitted a contact request form and Melisa, the general manager, called me in less than 24 hours. She called me over the weekend, so I appreciate that she works outside of the typical M-F 9-5 office hours. To my surprise, this private pool venue was able to work with my budget and we signed the contract soon after the walkthrough.
I wrote more in detail on Yelp. All in all, everyone enjoyed their time at Oasis! The Oasis team was friendly, flexible, and great to work with. See you at next year's pool party? ;)

Whitney Mazotti has been amazing and a true pleasure to work with. She listened attentively to our needs/requests and provided information to answer our questions quickly. She has followed up and was extremely flexible throughout the process. We highly recommend working with her on your Bay Area special events!
Really enjoyed the event, and look forward to more in the future. The venue was really nice and fit the occasion perfectly.
Amazing show! The candles and Queen, it was music appreciation at its finest!
