Lady behind the counter was leaning on her hand wishing she was not working. I ordered the pancakes with eggs. Probably the most underwhelming breakfast for months. Bland, salty just bad.. don’t waste your money.

Ordered the BBLT. The bacon was flat with no flavor. The lettuce was wilted and the tomato was sliced so thin I could hardly see it. No worth $12.99 And paying $4.69 for a small fountain drink is outrageous.

I ordered a Avocado & Spinach Wrap using Foodja app on 9/18. I wrote “No MEAT/EGGS” in bold and caps. These blind careless people didn’t bother to read the comments and just straight gave me the wrap with eggs. Careless + Blind + Illiterate people!!

I come here because food is decent but this is the problem. The local business groups use this place for their meetings. Can't they afford to rent a meetings place? Ugh. So darn loud and sometimes some groups can be obnoxious.Definitely not a place for a quite morning coffee .

So we saw this spot after getting the car washed and thought lets grab a bite before we head out to halfmoon bay. There was ants all over the fountain drink counter was the first issue and we brought up but no one went over and did anything. Then our food arrived, i ordered the loaded baked potato soup and a club and my partner ordered the shrimp scampi. Potatoe soup 1/10... one must understand science of scalding milk and how it separates and then it tasted sour. The club 3/10 nothing special. The shrimp scampi 2/10 the noodles was extra al dente. There was so much lemon and the tomatoes i believe was turning bad so the lemon and tomatoe just made the dish sour. So we thought maybe they are just known for their baked goods.... negative. Safeway has better options for the cost of 1 item. Panera is the bettrt choice if you're looking for soup salad deal. Or even sourdough company. 1 large drink is $5.

This is a great place to meet a friend over coffee and hang out a bit. It's nicer than the other chain coffee shops.

No vegan or dairy free options . Decor looks dated. Reminded me of La Boulanger that went out of business. Most customers here are retired people . This place needs fresh menu items and decor to attract younger generations.

Not enough people to serve, mediocre food, way too much waiting time for a simple grilled cheese, system not working and I was charged the wrong amount (less but still, wrong)

I come here all the time. The staff is super friendly and the coffee is great. The atmosphere is very cozy and it’s a great place to study. Would highly recommend!

Ordered online the banana froster pancake but only got plain pancakes. Called them, and they said the banana pancake went out without any apologies.

If I could give it less star I would! Food taste was like someone bought some frozen soup and packed vegetables from walmart, put it on your plate, and charged you $30!
