Lovely little place with great coffee. They always do some fun coffee flavours which are so yummy. Perfect for a little coffee treat. Their larger branch on the alameda is a great spot to get some work done, or hang with friends!

I ordered mudslide ( irish coffee) creme cake and danish almond croissant. Service not good and coffee mugs not washed properly. Almond croissant smell and taste weird means chemical taste we felt.coffee is good but service need to improve.

I was here today with the meetup group that I host, there was about 30 of us all together and the staff were so friendly and helpful and everything was delicious, great coffee! And a couple of girls ordered from the seafood side and loved that as well. Thanks so much to the owner, June, and to Brianna who was working today and made it a great experience!

The people that work there very rude, I can’t charge my computer that is the only reason I went there for work and have a Coffe with a pastry, don’t recommended that place for work.

Neat place, very unusual to have a coffee bar inside a seafood restaurant. Parking is confusing as the signs do not specify that parking is permitted for Crema, only for Pier 402, and I didn't realize they were the same place. The coffee was decent but way overpriced.

Coffee is always great, and service is usually great too. Today was just an odd encounter - the lady taking my order corrected me because I said I wanted “iced” at the end. She explained how I should order and it felt passive aggressive. Typically staff here is really nice.

DOES NOT SERVE FOOD ALL DAY, STOPS AT 2PM. ALSO FOOD SERVED WAS NOT GOOD, MUFFIN WAS ROCK HARD AND I REFUSED REPLACEMENT BECAUSE IT WAS ALSO ROCK HARD. THEY PUT THE ROCK HARD REPLACEMENT BACK ON DISPLAY. (To put in perspective how hard it was, i could knock on it and my husband thought i was knocking on the table...)CAKES ARE DRIED OUT. DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE.

This place has become wasted potential.Too many times I have stopped here to pick up a round of coffees for my team or guests only to be greeted by nobody. I don't know if Crema shares staff with Pier 402, but today I stood around for ten minutes waiting for somebody... ANYBODY... to acknowledge me and take an order. There was one person over at pier 402 taking orders, but that's about it. I gave up and left. This has become a common experience. On the rare occasion you can actually get served, this place is great! This place is also super chill to hang out with friends. Unfortunately, I can no longer stop here because too many times, "the lights are on, but nobody's home."Save time and go another half mile down the road to the Crema on The Alameda. You'll always get served there. Or at Starbucks. They'll take your money any day.As an epilogue to this story, it should be noted that one of the employees has a child that roams around the joint (I've seen this kid several times). Today this child was unattended, climbing up onto high places, and sticking chopsticks into the crevices of the drink cooler.Crema, if you're going to be open, park somebody behind the counter.

Triple cappuccino with oat milk is good to wake you up and Oreo cheesecake plus carrot cake are superb! Only the Sevice could be better, Vietnamese lady seems not in the good mood most of time. ?
