9/10! This pool place is top-tier! Ever since I got into pool, this is hands down one of the best spots I've been to. I first checked it out a couple of months ago and the service blew me away. Everyone, from the customers to the employees, is super friendly. The prices are fair and they charge by the hour (don't hold me to that, though). My friends and I hit this place up every weekend and I have zero regrets about stumbling upon this hidden gem in San Jose. I haven't tried the food or drinks, but my buddies who've had the alcohol say it's decent. All in all, this place is a winner. It's a great spot to hang with friends and family, or just chill and play board games at the front tables. The place is spacious has lots of tables, and the music is always fresh, and there's a great mix of tunes. Highly recommend!!

I go for the pinball. The beer is great and the billiards tables are clean and plentiful. The workers are cool and knowledgeable. Love this place!

Cuetopia hosts provided a great experience for an 18th birthday party! We reserved 4 tables for 4 hours on a Friday night, but they reserved the best 5 tables for us! They served pitchers of soda as requested and allowed us to bring in pizza from another establishment. When the party wrapped up an hour early, they only charged us for 3 hours. ?It’s a pool hall, not a posh establishment, but they still have class! Thank you Cuetopia!

Pretty fun place to play pool, my main complaint is that the tables and the cues are well worn. I wish they could have some better equipment, but they've been around for a while, and it's not like there are immediate competitors in the near vicinity. The staff is super nice and friendly, and it's overall just a chill vibe. The drink menu is pretty standard and not too outrageous. The parking situation is awesome though, it's located in the corner of a huge plaza with plenty of parking spaces. It does get kind of dark at night if you are worried about that, but I don't think it's too bad at all and you can part just right next to the place. It's a casual place to go if you want to play pool. I've never had to wait for a pool table though, which is really nice.

A great place to play pool! I've been to a few other billiards locations in the area and definitely enjoy Cuetopia the most. It is a large space with plenty of room for groups and a lot of parking available. They are open from 5pm-2am everyday. Cuetopia has at least 20 pool tables, arcade games, digital jukebox, snacks, beer, and sodas. Reasonably priced for all there is to enjoy there. The staff I've met so far have been friendly & provided great service. Will definitely be back.

A few of the employees here are career criminals, selling stolen goods to fences and the clientele here. Other than that, pretty run down place with cheap beer, very sketchy as mentioned.

I used to shoot pool on the weekends with my friends from high school and college. That was decades ago. The favorite hangout then was California Billiards in Santa Clara (Stevens Creek and Lawerence Expressway). Cuetopia brings back those memories with the friendly atmosphere and I believe 25 tables. Foosball, darts, air hockey and a small arcade also present. Did not try any of the food or drink but I'll be back soon.
