Great dry aged cuts of beef. Buffalo wings are amazing. I recomend baking first for 30 min low temp and then grilling. Made this for new year beef Wellington their mead is best in town. Like being in little Italy in Boston

Well, well, well where do I begin, Custom Cut Butcher is the place to go if you want the finest highest quality stakes in the Bay Area, maybe in all of California to my knowledge! From your regular old flank to real Japanese imported A5 Wagyu, they have it all. And from prime aged to Halal, they have amazing prices and amazing selections of all kinds of food from the sea to the land .
I love coming here for their A5 Wagyu steak selection and premium ribeye cuts., These are the best steaks I’ve ever had and are on par with the quality of meat from the world‘s number one steakhouse that I’ve personally been to, Don Julio Parilla in Argentina.

I’ll start with I’m picky about steak and the quality. They have a wide variety of meats you don’t normally see. Quality meat, friendly service. I like that they don’t have steaks already cut, they cut them how ever you want instead. This is my new spot!

They take their time to educate customer on the different cuts and cooking methods. I have learned so much about grilling meat. They also have a variety of seasoning options (e.g., dry rubs), fats (e.g., flavored butters, tallow, cheeses, etc.), and frozen protein options (e.g., fish, scallops, bone marrow). They are reasonably priced and have an excellent selection. They custom cut and ground meats based on your needs/preferences. I cannot say enough good things about this spot and staff! Highly recommend.
