I always come here for the soft serve ice cream it's not to sweet not too cold and full of vanilla flavor. Best bang for the buck plus they pile the ice cream high here.

Who doesn't like a blizzard ice-cream.. I know I do. Downloaded the app and they have a special going on until 10/6/23 for aa small blizzard for.85 cent's. The service was good, employees nice, establishment looking clean and tidy. Lots of parking at Oakridge mall.

I love Orange Julius, but this place has the rudest employee who leaves you standing there while he’s texting on his phone, and then tells you it will be a 15 min wait for 3 drinks. This wasn’t the first time this happened at this location either. I was giving them a second chance too…customer service has gone downhill?. I got me a Starbucks only a few feet away.

Website said they close at 8. We got here at 7:45 and the workers said they were closed already. We told them it says on the site this location is open until 8 and they just said sorry and walked away. Not going back

Im not surprised at all that this place has bad reviews. I used to LOVE orange julius. It's sad that this is the only one left around the area. We have had the ice cream and the orange julius. The drink is not the same as it used to be. Not only is it almost $10 just for a drink that is half foam. But it is not the same as it used to be. It is mostly water. I got a birthday coupon where I would get a free small drink and showed it to the lady. She said she doesnt have a scanner. I asked her if she is able to put the code in or redeem it another way. Nope they refused to honor the birthday coupon let alone any coupons. Don't waste your time; the product in this place has gone down hill.

no consistency. I don't want coconut in my drink but the Asian female who makes my drink says they can't stop the coconut. But if the guys make it there is no coconut in my drink ...train the girls please and I'll give ya 5 stars

Fast service! This place gets popular when people are craving ice cream or delicious fruit smoothies.Got the Dip Cone, and it was great to see the staff dip the vanilla ice cream into chocolate. Great soft served ice cream, covered with a rich chocolate shell. :)

Orange Julius is one of those disappearing childhood brands so I drove a while to go there since I have not had it in a long time. Such a disappointment. The Original Orange Julius drink had no flavor at all, and the reason is they dilute it with lots of water! I saw it happen. So basically it tasted like water blended with an orange peel slushy.
