First, the service was poor. On top of that, they charge a 3% service fee for orders below $30, which is unreasonable. No merchant would typically be charged that much, and I have never heard of such a policy. I could understand a small fee for orders under $10, but $30 means customers are essentially forced to purchase at least two items, even if it’s their first visit. This does not create a welcoming experience for new customers.

Additionally, the product itself was underwhelming. From the packaging, it’s obvious that the items are smaller in size but sold at a higher price compared to similar bao I’ve bought at other stores (e.g., in Milpitas).

Finally, even when paying with Venmo, I was charged sales tax. This left me confused, as Venmo is usually treated like cash, and I’m not sure if those funds are even reported properly for tax purposes.

Lastly, they offered to heat Bao but they just microwaved the box. What is a more legit way to reheat the Bao to keep its original taste is to steam but they seem to forget about this.

Overall, I left very disappointed and cannot recommend this store to others.

Their dumpings are not very healthy. I had diarrhea after eating 8 dumplings.

Pretty expensive, and the buns are usually cold.

The machine would automatically charge for a 22% of tip if you don't make a selection manually, so be aware.

We love how fresh these buns are manually made. They are delicious with a few different interesting flavors. The spicy mince pork and tofu buns are our favorite. It still tastes good the day after. It may seem pricy, but the portion of each order is large, so it's totally worth the money. Only gets 4 stars from me because the frozen wonton have so little meat. They tasted great though, but not much filling at all. Generally, we're happy with the food and the super fast service. Definitely come back for more bao buns, but probably not the wonton.

I’ve been eating dumplings my whole life, and the pork, cabbage, and celery ones here are honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. If you’re into dumplings, this spot is a must. I added my own dumpling sauce and chili crisps at home and polished off the bowl embrassingly fast.

And let’s clear something up—this place isn’t just serving “authentic” Chinese bao and dumplings, like some reviews say. That makes it sound basic, which it’s not. This feels more like a dumpling shop you’d stumble across in Taipei or Shenzhen that's blowing away the competition. It’s that good!

Clean space, workers wrapping on site, sells freshly cooked and frozen stuff.
Wouldn’t say it’s cheap for the size of the frozen wontons, but dumplings are a good size. And everything I’ve tried, multiple times that I’ve come(to go only), all delicious!

I love coming here to grab baos and dumplings for an easy meal or snack. The dumplings come frozen, and the baos keep well in the fridge for a few days or can be frozen for later.

I usually get the pork and green onion bao, the minced pork and tofu bao, and the seafood dumplings.

The baos are soft, fluffy, and full of flavor. The pork and green onion have a nice savory bite, and the minced pork and tofu has a richer taste (I also love that it has vermicelli inside). The seafood dumplings are fresh and well-seasoned.

Very bad attitude. Over charging people! This was my first and the LAST TIME getting food there. DO NOT GO THERE. THEY DON’T WEAR GLOVES WHEN THEY TOUCH MONEY AND YOUR FOOD. YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH BACTERIA YOU ARE HAVING WITH YOUR FOOD!!!

Very good food, always fresh. I come here every other week. Overall, the quality of the food is excellent. It would be better if they had seating, as they do not. But overall, it's a fantastic dumpling spot with many other great options on the menu.
