Absolutely terrible service. I donāt know how a place with decent food can be run by staff who clearly have zero interest in serving customers. The attitude here is unbelievableārigid, unhelpful, and outright dismissive. Instead of accommodating reasonable requests, the employees hide behind ārulesā and act like doing their job is some kind of burden.
The food might be ok, but the service is so shockingly bad that it completely ruins the experience. Iāve never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant. If you actually care about being treated with basic respect, avoid this place.

There are many options in Cupertino and this remains as a solid go to when in the area.
Tonkatsu is great! Crispy on the outside and juicy and tender inside. I ordered +2 for spicy level and it is bit too spicy for me. Most people do +1 or no spice
