“We’ve been regulars at this location for years. This is the best Denny’s in the Bay Area. The manager and staff is friendly and inviting, and the food always comes out hot and quick, regardless of how busy they are. The crew keeps this place clean, and we’ve never felt rushed to get out of here. One of their lead servers, Israel, is always super accommodating and greets us with a smile! The building has spaced out seating and lots of natural light coming through the big windows during the day.
See you in a week or two, Israel and the crew!
(For dinner, go check out Pupusa Taco Mix just 4 miles away. Owned and operated by Israel’s family, they make the best pupusas and horchata in town!)“

“The food and atmosphere were great, but the interactions I had with the staff truly elevated my experience. Marta was kind and hospitable during my visit to San Jose for the weekend. I joked about getting a free plushie from the claw game, and when I told her I didn’t win anything, she gave me a couple dollars off my order. “One of the few restaurants in the area that are open after midnight. I came here on a Friday around 12:30 in the morning. Place was a lot busier than I expected. Staff was very kind and the service was good. The sausage was very salty but the eggs, hashbrowns, and cream soda was perfect.“
“Went here after staying at Sonesta where they don’t really make real food for breakfast. I had the vegetable omelette with sourdough and hubby had chicken fried steak! It was very good :) Great service as well and very family oriented! Amazing staff“

“I'm the regular customer for Denny's Berryessa store. This afternoon when I walked in and looking for someone to come up. Seems only few employees were working. Then store manager Rocio saw me and helped me to sit down and order. Usually she is very busy with all the stuff. I really appreciate her kindness and providing excellent and friendly service. Parking: Its right before you hit down town. If you are tourist,its a good place to eat before you do your downtown touring.“
