Its a nice place to have any meal of the day,its not a chatting place,kinda quiet the staff are nice. The place is clean. This is the one on first&alma. Old folks I recommend this Denny's.
Parking: Its right before you hit down town. If you are tourist,its a good place to eat before you do your downtown touring.

My experience was horrible at this Dennys. I came to visit San José from Fontana California to visit a friend; I went to dinner with my daughter very late at 1:00 in the morning, whatever I ordered was done very badly, the waitress told me that they didn't have broccoli, the dish was poorly made, the chicken was hard and dry with a taste as if it had been taken from another plate or from the trash. At the moment I didn't say anything, but the worst thing was that when I was starting to eat I found some hairs between the dish, I lost the desire to have dinner and I told the waitress and she only told me that I will give you a discount for it. What happened, now every time I see a Dennys it makes me sick.

The Service here had gotten really bad.Javier is a very nice waiter and does his Job right but the coffee there was puré water. Ive always been there and very good Service and today it was a disaster. The waiters are trying to do better. The food gets late and cold because the waiter can’t do everything fast. And the waiters look so stressed because they have a lot of work. I would not return.

I was there this past Thursday to have a nice meal and to my surprise it was extremely unpleasant! Let me tell you why, the manager was so rude to the employees which I happened to sadly witness. She was rude to us at the time we paid for our meal you can just see it in her face how mean this Lady is! To the point that we don't want to go back! The owner needs to replace her because this attitude will hurt the business.Very unprofessional manager Adela!
