Not good service. You ask for a milkshake and they don't even give you the other half anymore..stealing food from you on shorting you out. Also once they serve you they forget about you unless you yell for them. The servers deal with your food and then go touch cleaning utensils and money in the registers..not very sanitized. The restaurant at night is scary..lots of homeless roaming around a d a hotel in the back they hang around.

Big thanks to Denny’s for honoring Veterans. We ordered the free Grand Slam they offer for military folks — super appreciated. The food was classic and comforting.
But the real highlight? Maria, our waitress. Total gem. She was warm, quick with the coffee, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Turns out it was her birthday too — and she still showed up with a smile and great energy. That kind of service deserves a shout out.

The staff(ARNULFO A) tried to get me to order a drink right after I sat down, without giving me a chance to look at the menu. It felt like he didn’t even want me to choose water. Also, he never explained that certain toppings cost extra. When I asked about it, he acted like he couldn’t understand English. This kind of unclear communication is frustrating and makes customers feel misled.I deducted the extra charge from my tip.
Service was pretty good and the food was acceptable. I just hate bay area prices. What cost me $67 here is $39 in texas and colorado.

This Dennys restaurant at Brokaw in sanjose California is the best restaurant. On Sunday went with party of 18. Food was very tasty and hot. My coffee cup was always full to top and very fresh hot cup of coffee. Ordered veggie omelet which was very tasty. Server Roberto was very hospitable and courteous. Manager was helping all the employees and going to all the customers and checking if everything was good. Overall very clean location and great people.

I stopped in around 2:30 am to get some food to go after having spent hours and the vet ER. The man that took my order was super kind. I was quite pleased with how fast the food was ready. They did have to cook it, but I was expecting a much longer wait. The restaurant was very clean. The food was good. The only thing I would havr changed would be asking to havr the onion rings extra crispy. Other than that, everything was good.
