Went at 5am today. Party of one. House was maybe half full. Bar was empty. I Waited five minutes for the single server running the restaurant to talk to me at the host stand. Tells me I will need to wait a while before being seated. I get it if he’s busy, but you already made me wait and you won’t even tell me an estimate of how long I need to wait? Sorry man, but you suck. This Denny’s needs more staff or they need to shut it down.

Went here after staying at Sonesta where they don’t really make real food for breakfast. I had the vegetable omelette with sourdough and hubby had chicken fried steak! It was very good :) Great service as well and very family oriented! Amazing staff

Last week on Tuesday I came at 10 am for my lunch . I was the first one in line 2 other parties showed up after one with 10 people and the other with 4 . I was seated and the server took my drinks and she never brought my drinks I waited for 30 minutes for her to take my order because she went and took both of the other parties and never came back and the manager came 30 minutes later with my drinks and took my order the food took 15 minutes and I had no time to eat I had take it to go. The server name was Maria . I went this morning and she looked really upset good thing she wasn’t my server.

I been going to this Denny’s for years Luis is a great server with great customer service very attentive and welcoming all the time. If he’s not there I rather leave because I had bad experience with other servers. Every time I go I’ve noticed that some of the others servers get upset when I request him as a server I even notice the manager/owner not being happy about it because the servers complained and she’s very unprofessional because she’s yelling at him in front of the customers and others employees.

My husband and I came in at 6:45pm for a meal. Doraceli, our waitress was very busy with at least 4 tables already seated. She was also working the register, so we asked her if she was working alone. We saw another waitress on what I counted about a 45 minute break and didn't seem concerned or felt inclined to clock back in to help. She was too busy on her phone! Doreceli was exceptional and polite, inspite of being extra busy. Denny needs more people like Doreceli and less employees like Erica! Great food by the way!
Service is very good and the people are bilingual English/Spanish. The people are friendly and helpful.
