I ordered the $8.00 Chocolate Banana Pancakes from the value menu and a $3.99 coffee — clearly pointing to the exact items. My server even mentioned the hash browns included. Yet my bill came to $21.
When I questioned it, staff members looked at me and turned away, my server ignored me, and the person I spoke to blamed me , claiming I needed to point to the menu, which I had already done. The lack of accountability and blatant disregard for a paying customer was appalling.
I paid just to leave, but this was outrageous. I was overcharged, blamed for your mistake, and treated as if I didn’t matter. I expect a real explanation for this and how you plan to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

I'm the regular customer for Denny's Berryessa store. This afternoon when I walked in and looking for someone to come up. Seems only few employees were working. Then store manager Rocio saw me and helped me to sit down and order. Usually she is very busy with all the stuff. I really appreciate her kindness and providing excellent and friendly service. The place is dirty, the food is not good at all, it is a place where the hygiene is nowhere to be seen, it is the worst Dennys that I have ever seen and I do not recommend it at all, to top it all off I got sick to my stomach.
We waited about a half an hour to 45 minutes and still did not get served or even acknowledged that came up to the table but we didn't even get off of drinks so we just got up and left very very bad for customer service if I had a chance I would rate this a negative 10

I have come to visit where nvidia all begins. It's a booth seat where people can just eat at. Strangely, when I ordered coffee. I wasn't served. But the pancakes did come.

We waited quite a while to be seated despite it not appearing very busy. I understand that they may have been understaffed and may have had people multitasking. Anyway, our food took pretty long compared to other Denny’s as well. On a higher note; our food was good. The only weird thing was that I asked them to add the sliced jalapeño (which is on the menu for an additional price) to my omelette and they roasted it and put it on the plate whole. Overall I would come back if necessary but wouldn’t seek it out again.
