We had an unfortunate experience. The food was just okay, but it is dennys so I am not expecting the best of the best. Our waitress was incredibly cold, unfriendly, and didn’t smile at us a single time despite us being friendly. She dropped off our food, and never once came back to even check on us, no refills, no nothing. We were waiting forever for the check as well and ended up having to go fetch it ourselves. I couldn’t help but think she was being highly racist and discriminatory towards us as I noticed the table across from us who were Mexican received friendly and attentive service from her, yet we got nothing but blank annoyed stares from her and complete ignorance despite our politeness.

Took my granddaughter for birthday pancakes on her birthday. When they arrived, there was barely any frosting with sprinkles,what was there was mostly melted into the pancake, no candle, no whipped cream. We had a very disappointed little 4 year old. No one even sang, even though we mentioned from the beginning it was her birthday. May seem like a silly comment, but this has become a tradition with all our grandkids for the past 6 years. Need to find a new location.

I have not yet tasted the food yet. However, I come in today this morning and noticed the pay machines extremely dirty, the counters are extremely dirty and the cook is in the back no sanitary at all. He is cooking with a hoody on looking like he just came in from outside. The cashier came immediately from outside and to work and serving food without washing her hands. Please do better. Pple are trusting you to serve food and not get sick.

My mom and I really like this Denny’s on Hillsdale and Almaden. The manager, Chris, is friendly and easy-going. The servers are efficient, and they bring the food out nice and hot. Even though another Denny’s is right around the corner from my house, we drive to this Denny’s because it’s better. Thank you, Chris!
