I had originally gave this review a 4 out of 5 but now I change my mind. As we were eating the manager came to our table and said ill give you 20% off if you do a review. I said ok did an honest review and when we went to pay he goes I need to see the review. I showed it to him and he says you gave me 4 1/2 stars for that your only getting 10% off I told him you said if I do the review not that I had to give 5 stars and why do you want me to lie. He said no no you gave 4 stars now it's 10%. So I came back to my review and gave 1 star. As a manager, you should not go back on your word. As a manager, he should have asked why it was 4 and what can we fix, but no, he got upset and used his power and went back on his word. So to everyone reading this, he wants you to lie and give 5 stars even though it's not 5 star service.
We’ve been regulars at this location for years. This is the best Denny’s in the Bay Area. The manager and staff is friendly and inviting, and the food always comes out hot and quick, regardless of how busy they are. The crew keeps this place clean, and we’ve never felt rushed to get out of here. One of their lead servers, Israel, is always super accommodating and greets us with a smile! The building has spaced out seating and lots of natural light coming through the big windows during the day.

This location has the best staff!! The manager here is helpful and kind. Israel, our favorite waiter, is the friendliest guy and always goes above and beyond with the service!!
