I orders delivery, the app said it was delivered, no delivery. I called, I was told unapologetically that I said the wrong address. Literally the app I use only has my address in it. I tried to explain, the person on the phone just yelled “we will deliver” and hung up. I called back, they still said I gave them the wrong address, super rude. I didn’t give the wrong address, my app only shows my address. Mistakes are made, I get that but the rudeness on the phone, the unwillingness to take accountability. All I wanted was a “we screwed up” was all that was needed. They played the blame game. Seriously, other places I’ll order from going forward. Shame, shame, shame…

If I could give less of a star I would this guy was so rude. Told me to order online while I was on the phone with him I asked him what deals they had and he charged me over 35$ for 2 large pizzas. I brought it back and was told there is a better deal for that and more for under 20$ never coming back here again

We gave a bad review to the delivery driver and we just realized our doorbell is not loud enough for us to hear and that you delivered our pizza in an incredibly fast time so you and the driver deserve a 5 star rating … sorry for the mix up
