This has got to be the worst “pizza” experience I’ve ever had. Ordered a pizza at 3 and supposedly arrived at 8 but never did. When I tried reaching out to the dominos they put me on hold for over 40 minutes and when they finally answered they said the driver was still out and they’d call back if he returned with the food. They never did. When I tried calling the next day no answer. And today the man on the phone was insanely hard to talk to. Whenever he couldn’t answer a question he put me on hold for another 30 minutes. Horrible. Still haven’t revived a refund at all.

I always carry out to avoid long delivery wait times since phone ordering at this location they alwqys make my pizza until I get in the location, thats not good given I plan ahead to avoid waiting and yet I have to wait everytime here regardless or peqk time and non peak times, definqtely needs improvement on timing.An UNSANITARY PRACTICE HERE, they handle cash and go back to cooking pizza without washing hands, this is no good?..

HORRIBLE customer service. I placed an order for delivery, 40 minutes later I check the app & it says my food has been delivered. No one showed up to my home with the food. I called about 3 or 4 times, was on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. When someone finally answered I explained what happened, he just said my delivery driver is on the way & hung up. Didn't ask for my name, number, nor order. Called again, answered with attitude saying his driver is on the way & hung up again. RIDICULOUS

I bought a pizza and 8 pieces of chicken. Waiting for 30 mins for my order and they forgot my order. When my chicken was ready, it is only 7 pieces.

I'm a restaurant owner myself. It's sad I been going here for years the one time I call and ask them to fix my order the keep hanging up in my face and being so rube when all I wanted was the correct order crazy they're inappropriate for what the have in our neighborhood. Very sad they hate they own ppl so much .
I just paid tax on a DONATION I added to my order on-line. Wow, they saw me coming. If you are kind enough to donate to a charity, go to that charities web site.

Driver got mad I didn’t give him the $3 left from my order 22.39 I gave him 25.40 he got mad told me he suppose to get a tip and slammed the change on my box and refused to give me my $1 argued over him giving me my dollar after he only gave me 2 Back solicitingi will be contacting corporate he was on video !!
