Took 30 min to get here after being made when the place is 10 minutes away from my house, pizza got here smashed and box damn near folded in half, don’t tip online, wait till it gets to the door to make sure u don’t waste ur money

Ordered 2 large pizzas and a side of garlic knots for delivery for a party back in March. Food showed up 1.5 hours later. The pizza was in a generic pizza box, but the garlic knots were in a Domino’s box. The delivery driver was also wearing a Domino’s uniform and confirmed the order phone number. The pizzas were small when we ordered larges and missing multiple toppings.
I called this Domino’s location and got hung up on 3 times. The automated voice confirmed that my phone number was associated with a recent order so I think that’s why they kept hanging up. When we called from a different phone number, they picked up immediately. We told them there was an issue with our order and before we could explain, they said that they were out of toppings and wouldn’t charge us for the order. When we asked to give them our order number, they hung up the call again.
About 2 weeks later, our credit card was still charged for the order. I contacted customer service about 3 times and never heard back. As a regular customer at this specific location, this was a really disappointing experience. Won’t be returning again.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with the Domino's on Aborn Road and will not be returning. They provided poor service, riddled with excuses. Our order, meant for a birthday party, was not only delivered late, causing delays, but we also encountered a series of unprofessional behaviors. First, they attempted to cancel our order, and then the delivery person came to our home asking us to Zelle the payment, claiming the system had refunded the money.
We offered to pay in person at the Aborn Road location, but they claimed the purchase order would no longer be visible and insisted on Zelle, which raised concerns about their integrity. Ultimately, we did send the payment via Zelle, but this experience left us feeling cheated. We won’t be returning, and I’m sharing this review to caution others about their unprofessional and questionable practices.

Do not order pizza from this Domino's. They are rude and serve horrible food. They do not appreciate their customers or ensure the quality of food is edible. I ordered a New York Style Pizza and the pizza that was delivered tasted like a cracker with melted cheese. Save your money and order from Pizza My Heart instead.

What kind of pizza establishment do not carry parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper. I haven't seen the pizzas yet but most likely they were skimp on the meat too.
This is a good pizza place. It is in a great location, and easy access for neighborhoods. They make your food quickly.

Since there is no - ve rating i have to give 1 * .. i have placed 2 pizzas yesterday with garlic parmesan sauce both the pizza were salty and undercooked on reaching out to them to inform and same and asked take it and then replace they bluntly said we cannot do any thing you can talk to manager tomorrow or dispute the transaction . so i called the manager today and explained the situation even she say the same thing you can go and complain on the website we cannot do any thing .. i have never experienced this from Dominos francizes. later on reading the review i see lot of complaints at this store .. so i request not to place order at this store or check there itself so you will not have to go through similar experience like me
