Since there is no - ve rating i have to give 1 * .. i have placed 2 pizzas yesterday with garlic parmesan sauce both the pizza were salty and undercooked on reaching out to them to inform and same and asked take it and then replace they bluntly said we cannot do any thing you can talk to manager tomorrow or dispute the transaction . so i called the manager today and explained the situation even she say the same thing you can go and complain on the website we cannot do any thing .. i have never experienced this from Dominos francizes. later on reading the review i see lot of complaints at this store .. so i request not to place order at this store or check there itself so you will not have to go through similar experience like me

Tried the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich.Food came out fast, but the sandwich was all bread and only one ounce of fillings. My expectations were low, but somehow the amount of food they gave for the price made me think this place is even worse than usual.

Whoever manages this location needs to be fired. doesn't know how to make pizza, read simple instructions, answer simple questions or handle basic customer service. I finally called the store to complain about my pizza being undercooked when I asked for it well done after MULTIPLE pizzas have been redeemed due to the same fact. So I wanted to talk to a manager and ask them, professional to professional, "should I find somewhere else to order pizza?" It's honestly not a big deal but they handle everything poorly. I order delivery because I am tired after a long workday. Their front door is also not very wheelchair friendly or clean in the waiting area.

If I could give lower than zero, I would. Worst online delivery I had experienced in my life. Online delivery order took 2 hrs. The purpose of doing this is for convenience and not to cause too much frustration. I had to stop by the store cause the automated phone and online keeps status saying that still waiting for driver to pick up close to 2 hrs already and the guy at the counter tried pointing fjngers saying the driver is the cause of delay instead of emphatizing. They also don't care about picking up the phone which shows there are many aggregated customers trying to call them.The management should seriously look into the reviews and maybe they should stop online delivery if they can't keep up with the demand and good quality.I am lazy writing reviews but this is a different level of bad customer experience.I appreciate though the honesty and the good customer experience with the delivery driver. He knows how to handle well and turaround a very bad experience.

REVIEW PREVIEWI am an extremely picky person and probably the most the picky person you’ll ever meet. So 4 or 5 out of 5 or anything 7.5 or higher out of 10 is really an achievement for that restaurant. In that case, here is my review.I would give this restaurant a 2.5/10The order was made correctly, however, all the pizzas were ordered as the same size and type, but mine was super thick and slightly smaller. There was too much sauce, and barely any pepperoni. The crust was not crunchy at all, and was soft. The crust also had lots of bread bubbles. The taste was too much, very bad and bland, even with the extra sauce taken off.The only reason this is even a 1 star is because of the dirt cheap dirt. :)

Tried to place my order online with a gift card but the website would not take it. Changed it to pay in store and showed the pizza guy my gift card and he applied it to my order without any problem. Then he took the pizza out of the stove and boxed it. Drove home and enjoyed the hot and tasty pizza. Overall a great experience.

If I could give zero i would. Placed online order for pick up . Upon getting to the branch i saw they gave my order to someone else. Without any apologies they told me wait for new one. After waiting fir 15 min got my order. When i got home they did nt even put one salami which i had as one of the toppings. They cheat you .this is nt how you do the business. What a shame for Domino Brand

tried a cheese pizza from Domino's, hoping it would taste as yummy as one I had from another place. The pizza came quickly and looked good, but when I took a bite, something felt a little off. The cheese was tasty, but there was too much of it compared to the bread underneath, and some parts of the bread weren't cooked just right. It didn't have that special tangy flavor I like in cheese pizza. Overall, the pizza was okay, but not as great as I hoped based on the other cheese pizzas I've had before.

They donot provide cheese or pepper and no paper plates. Expensive pizza for no amenities.

If I could give this place 0 stars i would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!!! Ordered online for pick up. Get a notification saying "order is teady." Arrived at this scumhole and they say ,"your pizza is not teady we just put it in the oven." Then why even get the notification that pizza is ready when is not. Also, no apologies for that.Waited approximately another 5-10 min. Finally get my order and realize i didnt order any ranch. The cashier charges me for two ranches which was $2.75. I walk out lf the store and realized she didnt gave me my ranch. Walk back in to get what i paid for. And guess what?This is where it all goes from bad to worse. Cashier is not at register and i tell the worker there that i was just in there and did not receive my ranch. He then ask me what was his coworkers name that was helping me. Like lf i even knew what her name was? Like seriously i should know your co-workers name like if i work there?Then he starts asking me for a receipt when he just saw me pay for item i well didnt get. To make story short since i dont want to disclose how this conversation continued over two ranch. It got to the point where worker calls over the person that was literally at the cashier and here she comes laughing and getting two ranches. Like wow! Do you even think i get an apology??? Nope!!!! As for the order it was two med pizzas, coke, wings, and cheesey bread.Pizzas were not evenly distributed i hardly had any toppings on them. Wings were not crispy even though i told them to mame them crispy. Cheesebread was a bit undercooked and didnt even come with a marinera sauce. Overall, bad experince, horrible customer service, and crappy food. I will not be coming back here! Everyrhing is terrible here!!!
