Ignored their “check in” list to sit other people before those who walk in first. Waited 20 minutes, no service, not even a drink was served. Those who came after us got all their food and already eating.

There was a live black bug larvae crawling on my rau ram of my grilled oyster dish. I alerted the waiter and told him I want a manager several times to come to the table and see this . He said no he has to take it back to the kitchen to let them know and see what they say. When him and someone else came back with the rau ram and got rid of the bug and try to explain that the leaf is a dark color in certain spots of the plant like that, that it's not a bug!!! I was like it was crawling In front of our faces they try to cover it up and the waiter just stayed quiet ! When we repeated what happen in front of the waiter he still stayed quiet and they apologized and offer a new dish. They knew what the hell is going on . The rau ram was dry to begin with which meant they didn't even wash the vegetables they were serving. I really am upset that the waiter was totally trying to cover it up he tried super hard to get rid of the dam evidence quick. If you come Check throughly before you eat since they don't wash and take proper steps to serve I wouldn't recommend! I would've been nice to not write a review and expose them but the fact that the waiter played dumb when he didn't want to get the manager and take it back quickly and gave the lady that came back another story, makes me have to really speak out.

Be aware of this place. The food is overpriced. We spent $200 here and still didn't hungry. $20 for 2 oysters.Additionally, it took them 70 minutes to serve 7 dishes. When we were checking out, the last dish hadn't been served yet, and we couldn't cancel it.

I’ve been going for years so I came back with my friends and wife. My wife got the fish sauce frog legs which tasted like chicken. Well everything tastes like chicken. I got the catfish and pork belly with a side of white rice. This place has the best catfish so flavorful and tender. I would come back just for this. The service is fast and quick in and out. The decor is nice and clean with a unique ceiling lighting. Their menu is pretty extensive so look throughly and you’ll find some gems.

Great place for authentic, Vietnamese seafood. Razor clams, blood clams, snails, mussels, anything you crave you'll probably find it here. Cooked and served on a hot skillet or just stir fried in garlic and butter, can't go wrong. They're menu is huge, has Vietnamese noodle dishes, soup or fried. Drink options, hotpot. This place is bustling into the late night.Would highly recommend trying multiple different dishes family style.Seafood can get pricey quick, but it really fills you up quickly.Every dish we had was deliciousParking: Also parking lot out front, bank parking to the side, park at your own discretion.

If you don't care about the divey restaurant atmosphere but love Vietnamese food, then "Dong Que" is a Must visit! As an American that appreciates and absolutely loves Vietnamese food, I am honestly impressed with the large selection of items on the menu! "Dong Que" serves "Goi Ga" which is basically boiled chicken with shredded cabbage, carrots and banana leaves in a delicious "Nuc Mam" sweet vinegar dressing. Simple yet "to die for"! 10 out of 10!I was also introduced to 'Chau Porridge.' This yummy dish became my 'go-to comfort food'. Perfect on a cold and rainy day or when you're feeling a bit 'under the weather' and sick."Dong Que" also has Steamed Clams dish that are garlicy, hot and delish!I could name 20 more incredible dishes but I'll keep it short and sweet!Come to "Dong Que" and enjoy the great food and service!

Where else can you get seafood at 11pm? Loud environment that's good for parties, but a few corner tables for couples too. Also the food is amazing. Snails, giant clams, exotic items, hot pot, you name it. Maybe avoid the rice dishes lol.
