I was sad the sauce was really good but the chicken tasted plastic.

Had one of the worst meals of my all fast foods.
Cardboard fries, a pound of salt on my burger. Inedible!

Shoutout to the chef ! Great food, I had ordered a couple of burgers from the Melt and some garlic parmesan fries and it was so good, I will be coming back and recommending to friends.

Takes a while. Just get ready to wait. Will get better in future but honestly a ten in one restaurant is what it is. Variety yes, long wait yes.
Hopefully they get more dedicated staff or equipment to fasten the experience.

Would definitely not recommend coming here. We’ve been here for over 35 minutes waiting for a food order for two people and we still haven’t gotten our foodIt’s obvious that they prioritize the DoorDash orders while they don’t care about people who order at the store. Never coming back here again

Employees are super nice, but the food is wack. Tasted like it was microwaved, very bland and squishy. Dumplings are alright but it would be better to go to an actual dumpling house as opposed to this area. Plus for the food quality, its way over priced. Bathroom was decently clean and same for the restaurant. Food quality is not reflective on the employees at all, as much at the company and where they are sourcing their food from. Costco frozen dumplings taste better when pan fried properly than the food offered here. Won’t be coming back.

This DoorDash Kitchen is great. It has so much variety and the ordering process is very simple. You can order on a kiosk or through the DoorDash app. I've tried heir Plentiful salads, the Aria Korean BBQ rice bowl, and some of the desserts from Sweet Street. I was pleasantly surprised each time. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and the dining room is spacious and clean. Feels like a mini foodcourt without the chaos of a shopping mall...Would definitely recommend!

Came for the grand opening and was able to sample several bites and drinks. Really great concept - local vendors with dine-in, dine out and traditional DoorDash option as well. The kiosks at the front make it simple to order as well as from your phone. I came back a few days later to order some food and glad to see it busy.Several great food and beverage options from a variety of companies. Doordash did a good job to include a complementary mix. I tried several items: The Melt has a great grilled cheese, Academic Coffee's latte is always good, this visit confirmed it; the Acai bowl was delicious; and the brownie was an epic dessert.Establishment ambiance is great and clean. Inside has a few seating areas and further seating outdoors via the plaza in which this is located, additional seating in the park area. Parking availability is free and abundant.

When in originally with Google saying that it was open, doors were locked for about 30 minutes. When you going in workers didn’t even greet us, until giving us our food Togo. When we got home, we realized one of the burgers was burnt and the bacon didn’t look cooked properly. It was expensive and not worth the money basically $40 for 2 burgers and Mac & cheese, had to pay extra for fries and a drink.

I went during their grand opening and it was super cool! tried the Fried Chicken and Sesame Noodles from Chicken Shokudo and the Basque Cheesecake from Sweet Street and....let me tell you, it was the best combo ever. chicken was crispy and noodles were flavorful. the cheesecake was...sooooo good. I'll have to try all the other brands there

Cool newfangled food hall from DoorDash. There are a unique set of local brands here (Aria, Koi Palace, Academic Coffee) along with some Bay Area regulars (the Melt). The vibe is nice with some seating both indoors and out – you can mix and match from all of the restaurants which is a nice touch!

Really great selection at this spot -- had Aria and Koi Palace, a good mix of fried chicken and excellent dim sum :). Desserts from Sweet Street were excellent (get the big chocolate cake!). Lovely seating and vibe, staff was exceptional.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegetarian options on each concept, including a menu full of veg options (Plentiful)
